A Treatise on Muhammad - Wazir (Dr) Khan - Bog

The purpose of this research study is to gain understanding of the life and work of Muhammad (SAW) to Whom Allah [SWT] bestowed honor of representation of all the prophets and seal of the prophets with Quran as a final and permanent message for whole mankind. This study is evidenced based from authentic sources of Quran and Sunah of the Prophet (SAW) and the great writers on the Serah. Accordingly, the primary sources used are: Tafsir Ibn Kathir and Kutub Sitta (six books of Sunah), namely: (i) Sahih Bukhari; (ii) Sahih Muslim; (iii) Sunan Abu Dawud; (iv) Jami At-Tirmidhi; (v) Sunan Nas'i and (vi) Sunan Ibn Majah. This treatise consists of twenty-one (21) chapters and five (5) annexes and includes study of a brief biography of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), which is very exalted and noble subject, by which Muslims and non-Muslims alike can gain understanding about the revival and rise of Islam, the universal and eternal religion for all times, and how Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was chosen by Allah [SWT] to be the recipient of the Divine Revelations (Quran) and blessing for all mankind. Annexes include specific study of: some of the personal characteristics of Prophet Mohammed (SAW); Dustur Al- Madinah or (the Treaty of Madinah); Prophethood of Muhammad (SAW); Culmination and Finality of Prophethood; and Wives and Children of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). This study will also help the readers to learn about the hardships Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and his Companions faced in the way prescribed by Allah [SWT] and eventually succeeded with Allah's help.
