“A must read when combatting anxiety”
There has been so much written about anxiety disorders over the past few years. Most that I have read give a formula or a checklist to follow to defeat your anxiety. This author takes a different approach. He talks about the problems that anxiety disorders bring in a way that makes the reader say, "Yes! That's me!" Then he offers practical advice on how to make a change. He doesn't promise instant life changing progress. Rather he offers tools for the reader to use "baby steps" to regain control of his own life. I highly recommend this book for people who know they need a change and are looking for a place to start. Just like me.
