Without understanding the principles of how reality works, the world can be a confusing place. Everyone has an idea of what is going on and how it works. At the end of the day, you have to decide for yourself what is true and what isn't. But how to do find out who is telling you the truth, and who isn't? The basic understanding of truth should not be a mystery. While everyone wants you to believe their story and agree with their opinion, they can't all be true. Each of us is exposed to an ocean of information, and misinformation every day. We can't even begin to sort through this without some powerful tools. I provide some basic tools to help you sort through the avalanche of information you encounter every day. While this basic introduction won't allow you to instantly know if something is true or not, it does lead to that. This is just the beginning. What you do with these tools and what you find, is up to you.
