An Innovation Sprint is a four-day focused effort to translate user or customer problems and needs, into an idea, that can be tested, to validate if the idea is desirable, feasible, and viable. Within four days, you will know if you need to spend time, effort, and resources pursuing the idea because it's a winner, or not!
