Risk management for PPP models in urban water supply projects is a step by step process in which the process of risk management is carried out.The most important step is to determine and implement suitable PPP structure.The process of risk management includes risk identification, allocation and mitigation.It is need of the hour to generate awareness and systematic knowledge of risk management.The use of computers,different types of risk management tools and software's play an important role in the process. This study is focused on survey methodology in order to check the awareness and knowledge regarding risk management.An attempt is made to formulate critical risks associated with urban water supply PPP projects.From survey results and analysis a risk management framework for PPP models is proposed.A more structured approach towards risk management should be there to introduce transparency to the process.Based on this study conclusions are drawn and recommendations are made.
Acceleratoren sind ein neues, schnell wachsendes Element in unternehmerischen Ökosystemen und trotz ihrer erst kurzen Geschichte weit verbreitet. Das Wissen über die Auswirkungen von Acceleratoren auf die Entwicklung der teilnehmenden Start-ups ist jedoch nach wie vor begrenzt. Thomas Ulmer hat mit Hilfe eines qualitativen Forschungsdesigns, basierend auf 21 Interviews, die wertsteigernden Mechanismen von Acceleratoren aus Sicht von Gründern untersucht. Dabei zeigt sich erstens, dass Acceleratoren jeden Schritt der Ressourcenmobilisierung erleichtern, indem sie Unsicherheiten reduzieren und Defizite der Gründer und Start-ups kompensieren. Zweitens wird der Gründungsprozess durch Acceleratoren auch besser strukturiert, da die Teilnehmer eine Gründeridentität aufbauen und der Gründungsprozess selbst professionalisiert wird. Schließlich unterstützen Acceleratoren Start-ups beim Aufbau einer Ressourcenbasis, indem sie zum einen Ressourcen unmittelbar bereitstellen und zum anderen Brücken zur Akquise verschiedener Ressourcen schlagen. Neben diesem theoretischen Erkenntnisgewinn können auch eine Reihe von Praxisimplikationen abgeleitet werden, die die Arbeit für Gründer, Manager von Acceleratoren und Entscheidungsträger der Politik interessant machen.

The objective of this study is to create a new e-learning artefact for SAP S/4 Hana training purposes. Based on Design Science Research, a new prototype of an e-learning artefact has been developed. The prototype is grounded on didactic and information systems theories, as well as models. The aim of this new prototype is to transfer knowledge of business processes with the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP S/4 HANA in an effective and efficient way. The study is validated through an experiment with a treatment and a control group. While the treatment group learns with the new e-learning artefact, the control group keeps with the existing conventional training. Results show that the treatment group have significantly less dropouts than the control group, and that the treatment group could also finalize the SAP S/4 Hana exercises in less time. This study shows also how companies can benefit significantly using the same approach through a set of guidelines.

India is an emerging economy with a population of more than One Billion. Nearly 40per cent of the population lives below the poverty line and 70 per cent of the population is dependent on the agriculture for sustenance. The economic reconstruction of India depends on the balanced growth of economy in the fields of agriculture and industry. Because capital and finance have been scarce in India, the Government of India has encouraged alternatives to agriculture and heavy industries like small-scale industries, which can operate on limited resources. A small-scale industry can be operated by an entrepreneur without needing sophisticated machinery and modem technology. These small-scale industrial units can be established in semi-urban and rural areas where the infrastructure is underdeveloped. The objective is to use local raw material for raising production with the help of local skills. Small-scale industries provide employment without affecting the main occupational -agriculture- of illiterate people in rural areas in India.

Cependant, rares sont celles qui ont concilié ces deux thèmes. En effet, nous avons porté notre attention sur les processus et les mécanismes intermédiaires à partir desquels la RSE influence les attitudes et comportements des salariés. Comme terrain d¿investigation, nous avons choisi les entreprises du secteur privé de Côte d¿Ivoire. Ce livre qui est le résultat de plusieurs années d¿études et de recherche s¿adresse aux étudiants, aux professionnels ainsi qüaux enseignants désireux d¿approfondir leurs connaissances sur les concepts évoqués. In dem vorliegenden Buch wird die Einstellung zu agilen Projektsettings durch im Südcluster sozialisierte Projektmitarbeiter untersucht. Der Südcluster stellt dabei eine Zusammenfassung von ¿südlichen¿ Regionen dar, die sich in Hinblick auf die Ausprägungen zentraler Kulturdimensionen ähneln und dabei einigen zentralen Anforderungen an ein agiles Mindset diametral gegenüberstehen. Vorannahme ist dabei, dass das Verhalten vermutlich aufgrund von Trainings und enger Rahmenbedingungen weitestgehend konform ist mit dem Soll-Verhalten, die persönliche Akzeptanz agiler Arbeitsweisen aber weniger stark ausgeprägt ist und es entsprechend zu Unzufriedenheit darüber kommt. Ziel der Forschung ist zudem, die Einflussfaktoren auf Verhalten in und Einstellung zu agilen Projektsettings zu identifizieren, um hier ggf. Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Projektdurchführung zu erreichen. Im Ergebnis zeigt sich ein überraschendes, aber nachvollziehbares Gesamtbild, in dem nicht nur eine durchweg positiveEinstellung zu agilen Projektsettings festgestellt werden konnte, sondern darüber hinaus auch keine signifikanten Unterschiede in Verhalten und Einstellung gegenüber der Vergleichsgruppe der im Nordcluster sozialisierten Projektmitarbeiter.
Wiederaufbereitung gebrauchter Medizinprodukte (MP) dient dazu, MP nach operativen Eingriffen zu reinigen, zu desinfizieren, zu überprüfen, zu packen und zu sterilisieren. Sachgerechte und rechtskonforme Wiederaufbereitung von MPs in einer Aufbereitungseinheit für MP (AEMP) zwecks Verwendung am Patienten ist eine komplexe Dienstleistung mit höchsten Anforderungen an Verlässlichkeit in den Qualitätszielen Sauberkeit, Sterilität, Funktionsfähigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Pünktlichkeit der ausgelieferten Produkte. Das neue vorgelegte Konzept geht davon aus, dass eine AEMP wegen ihrer Bedeutung für die Abläufe eines Klinikums und wegen der Komplexität der Anforderungen als Hochverlässlichkeitsorganisation (HRO) zu betrachten ist. HROs gelingt es, komplexe und technologieintensive Verfahren mit sehr geringer Fehlerrate und nahezu Ausbleiben von katastrophalem Versagen einzusetzen. Die anhand von HROs gewonnenen Erkenntnisse nutzt der Autor für sein Konzept, um Herausforderungen beim Betrieb einer AEMP mit solchen Verfahren anzugehen, die bei HROs erprobt sind und dort erfolgreich gehandhabt werden. Daraus wird ein Konzept zur Weiterentwicklung einer AEMP in Richtung einer HRO entwickelt und vorgestellt.

The real body is linked with the virtual copy in a way that allows data to be transferred between them through sensors installed in the physical assets through which the data is collected and stored in a storage cloud, after which the original physical object is simulated. There are many benefits to the organization and society from the application of DT. These benefits are reducing product quality problems, reducing maintenance costs, improving employee training, improving the performance of real assets, improving the performance of machines, reducing risks, protecting the health and safety of workers, improving manufacturing processes, and meeting the needs and desires of customers.
