With the continuous development of work organization, there is a growing concern for improving the performance of team members. In this regard, work motivation is considered to have a significant impact on the performance of team members. The purpose of our study is to establish the link between overall motivation and the overall performance of team members.To achieve this goal, we first constructed an analytical framework in which work motivation is considered as the independent variable and work performance as the dependent variable, based on the literature on these two concepts. Specifically, we are interested in the link between motivation and intra-role performance, extra-role performance and overall performance of team members. To establish this link, we sent a self-administered questionnaire to team members in companies.

La communication des organisations, prise dans sa globalité, est la composition des actes de communication des organisations avec elles-mêmes et avec leurs environnements extérieurs en ce qui concerne leur fonctionnement. Elle est pour cette raison, la preuve indéniable d¿une organisation vivante. Cela pose également les fondements de son caractère incontournable dans les différentes activités organisationnelles. L¿intelligence économique, en tant qüactivité de collecte, traitement et diffusion de l¿information stratégique et de lecture des signaux faibles, ainsi que les interactions entre acteurs d¿un même jeu, n¿est pas en reste de cette réalité. Ce travail de recherche met en relief les enjeux du management de la communication organisationnelle dans les différentes pratiques de Côte d¿Ivoire Tourisme, en matière d¿intelligence économique. Et cela, face à la problématique de l¿absence du management de la communication organisationnelle dans une démarche d¿intelligence économique.

There was an effort made in this study to account for the impact of entrepreneurship development on human welfare in Nigeria within the time frame 1990 to 2019. The study sets out to establish, among others, the relationship between the advancement of SMEs and households' income in Nigeria, the linkage between the advancement development of SMEs and households' human capital in Nigeria, relationships between the advancement in SMEs and households' poverty level in Nigeria and the direction of causality between the development of SMEs and household welfare in Nigeria.

Mutual Fund is one of the financial instruments in capital market, here the study based on the empirical investigation on the investment strategies and performance of Mutual Fund schemes, main purpose of the study is to identify that what are the investment strategies of selected schemes and which schemes provided highest return and minimize the risk. Research need because of the capital market is unexpected volatility and some time reaction was positive and negative. Good and bad news affects price movement, that needs to identify how much market or bench mark provided return. Investors need to keep watch on investment strategies of schemes and identify trade ¿ off return and risk. The year 2009 had unprecedented global liquidity crisis that led to a share slowdown in growth. The industrial growth index was zero. Time valuations are attractive for investment decision and strategies for active diversification of portfolio. March 2009 sensex and Nifty down by 37% & 36 % respectively. Mutual fund industry has been affected by stock market movements. Mutual fund increased their stock/scrip fund holding from 4.1% to 21.2% of the total market capitalization.

Fundamental analysis is one of the leading methods used in the selection of firms for investment decisions in stock markets. Fundamental analysis is used to obtain information about a firm by taking into account its financial information such as sales, profitability, cash flows and growth rates. In other words, fundamental analysis tries to show the "big picture" of the financial position of firms in the future. Technical analysis is used to determine the time to invest in the stocks of the firm for which an investment decision is made. The Malawi Multi-Stakeholder Platform (MSP) project is designed to promote an inclusive value chain approach focusing on assessing access, use, and participation of women, men and youth in the bean seed value chain in Malawi. The MSP is expected to channel bean demands back to producers, seed suppliers and variety developers. Integration of digital tools can facilitate interconnectedness of bean value chain stakeholders. The objective of the MSP digital trade platform is to facilitate transactions among MSP actors through digital tools and to replicate the physical market infrastructure into digital space. Establishing the needs of seed and grain value chain actors, especially for smallholder farmers and women is central to the design and successful deployment of the digital tools. This paper presents results of the digital landscape in Malawi and needs assessments of MSP actors as users of digital tools in Malawi.

This research work it is a primary objective of is to examine the effect of US individual investor sentiment on US financial stock market returns and volatility. This study applies survey data using the EGARCH-M model in our sample on the SP500 stock index between the periods 1970 to 2018 to the sentiment of individual investors in the United States. Our results are first, US market fundamentals are regressed on investor sentiment to capture the effect of macroeconomic risk factors on investor sentiment. Next, we study the effect of unexpected movements in US investor sentiment on the performance and volatility of sector-specific stocks. The results reveal that a one-time increase in the standard deviation of the rational component of US individual investor sentiment has a significant positive effect on all stock returns of the US industries examined.

In Data-Warehouse-Systemen (DWS) stehen verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung, um Speicherkosten zu senken (wie Nearline-Storage oder Archivierung) oder Datenanalysezeiten zu verringern. Bisher fehlte allerdings ein geeignetes Verfahren, um zu bestimmen, welche Mittel für welche Zwecke und welche Daten eingesetzt werden sollten. Der Bereich der Klassifizierung von DWS-Daten unter der Berücksichtigung von Anwender- und Administratorenwissen, der Leistungsfähigkeit des Systems und auch des Informationslebenszyklus stellt einen offenen und notwendigen Forschungsbereich dar, der mit diesem Buch geschlossen wird. Diese Klassifizierung kann anhand des Lebenszyklus von Daten in Data-Warehouse-Systemen erfolgen. Die Daten durchlaufen verschiedene Phasen von ihrer Erstellung über Nutzung bis hin zur Archivierung und werden darin unterschiedlich häufig verwendet. Nur ein geringer und im Zeitverlauf abnehmender Anteil an Daten eines DWS wird aktiv verwendet. Um eine wirtschaftliche Datenspeicherung zu erreichen, müssen zu jeder Lebenszyklusphase passende Maßnahmen ergriffen werden. Statt einer einheitlichen, phasen-unspezifischen Verwaltung aller DWS-Daten kann so eine lebenszyklusabhängige Speicherung erreicht werden.

This book deals with the electronic procurement of transportation services. It provides an overview of the fundamentals for the procurement of transportation services, including the relevant objectives, involved parties, and processes. A focus is set on Electronic Transportation Marketplaces (ETMs) which offer main functionalities for the procurement of transportation services on the spot and contract market as well as additional functionalities to improve further processes (e.g., time-slot management). Even though such marketplaces are important from an economic and ecological perspective, previous research provides only little knowledge about the status quo of their use, the determinants of marketplace use and the link between this use and business value. To close these research gaps, Philipp Sylla builds a comprehensive conceptual research framework and conducts an empirical analysis based on a web survey of shippers in Germany. The empirical results build the foundation for the development of an evaluation concept that provides practical support for shippers in the assessment of marketplace use and the evaluation of potential business value impacts.
