Birsa millenarian movement in both its political and religion aspects against the background of the disintegrating tribal socio-economic system the latter half of the nineteenth century. In pursuance of the same ends Birsa envisaged, in a larger, political- religious context, a new dispensation to be established through the violent expulsion of all enemies of the tribe, and a society hermetically sealed against outside influences, puritan- cally oriented, nostalgically looking back to its golden past.Birsäs movement aimed at the total reconstruction of the tribal culture. The society of the future was to be woven out of religious warp and political woof: Birsäs religion and Raj, politico-religion ends and means were inseparable. The movement and its leadership was typical of the tribal world of the nineteenth century and cannot and should not be judged by the standards of nationalism and non-violence.

It enriches the farmers with state of the art of practical knowledge by ¿going down to the field¿ concept. Change in knowledge of crop production of the participants after attending FFS, was remarkable. At the end of FFS, farmers opined that Trichoderma application in nursery and main field was the best component have learn. They also preferred the use of bio-insecticides, botanicals, various traps and cultural practices. Regarding the economics of FFS, it was revealed that there was increase in returns and decrease in costs and the BCR was higher in the FFS farmers compared to Non-FFS farmers. The change in attitudes towards different aspects was at a satisfactory level by the FFS farmers. The findings of the success stories revealed that the attitude of the farmers towards crop production changed significantly and it benefitted him economically leading to a better livelihood. While there has been considerable research regarding the role of Mobility Hubs in cities and transport networks, significant investment is required to develop these facilities. It is the correlation between investment, new users¿ attraction and revenue generation that is the key for a sustainable development of Mobility Hubs and this investment must, therefore, be correctly assessed and targeted. This study aims to develop a methodology to determine the viability of investing in Mobility Hub features, weighing the investment on different Hub features and services against expected potential benefits and revenue generation, addressing the question: Can investment in Mobility Hub features be justified and, if so, which features maximize its expected positive impact?
Indeed, China has grown largely in the recent years and has moved from a developing to emerging and heading its way to be a developed country. Moreover, Chinäs economic growth has massively increased defeating the world¿s largest economies US and UK, scoring highest investment by engaging in outward FDI. Therefore, the aim of this book is to investigate the role and impact of psychic distance on Chinese OFDI and examine whether a specific stimuli of psychic distance explains more why China invest in certain countries. There is a negative relationship between aggregate psychic distance and Chinese OFDI. Eventually, it is important to understand psychic distance from a specific context rather than universal one.
Decentralization is a global movement. Writing in 1994, William Dillinger in his paper ¿Decentralization and its Implications for Urban Service Delivery¿ noted that of the 75 countries with populations in excess of 5 million, all but 12 had embarked on some form of a transfer of authority and responsibility from the central to the lower tiers of government. There is no fresh count of countries that have taken the decentralization route, but the explosion of literature and studies and the number of countries that have enacted local government statutes and codes, would seem to suggest that decentralization has enveloped much of the world ¿ the proviso being that the pace and depth at which decentralization has occurred as well as its scope vary sharply across countries.
This research project focuses on the Implementation of an automated machine for groundnut threshing becomes necessary due to technological revolutions from industrial revolution to semiconductor revolution to information Revolution and we are now experiencing the Mechatronics (automation) revolution. This revolution has given birth to multiples innovations of machines that are smaller in size, smarter than what we used to have during the former revolutions. However, this revolution has empowered the design and development of an intelligent human-oriented machine that coordinates and cooperates intelligently with their human users. One of the processes involve in the production of groundnut is threshing and separation which can generally be done by traditional method and machine method. Traditional method is the process in which the pod is pressed with thumb and the first finger so that the groundnut seed can be released, while machine method uses machine thresher to thresh the groundnut and blow the chaffs. Groundnut threshing machine couldn¿t overcome the challenges of high rate of groundnut seeds damage but in order to minimize these problems physical and engineering properties.
