Legacy--everyone has one to give. What will be your legacy? Jensen explores the motif of legacy through the lens of the apostle Paul and one of his last letters to his spiritual son Timothy. It is an intensive exploration of the universal human endeavor to pass something of worth to a subsequent generation. Jensen weaves a tapestry of exegesis, theological excursus, psychological integration, and contemporary pastoral dilemmas to underscore the need for legacy in its various kinds. Pastors and fathers/mothers are challenged to find their Timothy for the express purpose of faithful transmission of gospel and ministry.
This book is a meticulously researched and thought-provoking study that delves into the analysis and comparison of rituals in two distinct settings: the ancient Book of Leviticus and traditional Malagasy culture on the island of Madagascar. Author Olivier Randrianjaka invesigates why Malagasy Christians connect with Leviticus despite the apathy of the Western church. As this book demonstrates, the key unifying themes are sin, purification, and sacrifice. Profound parallels emerge between Levitical rituals (such as postpartum purification and the Day of Atonement) and Malagasy rituals (such as taboo violation, postpartum purification, and the New Year royal bath). The study highlights the universal relevance of sin, purification and sacrifice rituals, inviting reflection on their significance in diverse cultural and religious contexts."This is a remarkable book that represents a groundbreaking exploration of the intricate connections between Leviticus and Malagasy traditional rituals. The author¿s meticulous analysis and profound insights into the themes of sin, sacrifice and atonement offer invaluable knowledge for Christian readers. I highly recommend this work to anyone seeking a comprehensive understanding of Madagascar¿s religion, particularly its rich tapestry of traditional rituals."¿Dr. Razivelo Mariette, Lutheran Faculty of Theology (SALT), Madagascar"Rituals for purification play a significant role in most cultures, and this book contributes to the understanding of these phenomena in general. It provides insight into these rituals in Malagasy society and their description in the Book of Leviticus in the Bible. The book focuses on religious praxis, as described in texts and demonstrated in life. Every person will encounter these phenomena, and here is a tool to grasp their meaning."¿Magnar Kartveit, Emeritus Professor of Old Testament at VID Specialized University, Stavanger, Norway

The Study Companion to the Keys of the Kingdom Bible provides a fascinating insight into the making of this much-needed ORGANIC translation. Twenty-five years in the making, it goes back to the original Greek and Hebrew texts to highlight and correct the translation errors of centuries. A perfect resource for the enquiring mind. According to Bible scholar and translator Christopher Sparkes, "The only real test that a translation is accurate is that it translates both ways without any change in meaning. This has been achieved. There are no compromises to accommodate creeds or doctrines. Just the pure words of the prophets and apostles. After twenty-five years and thousands of hours of Christopher's painstaking work, going back to the original Greek and Hebrew texts, the brand-new Keys of the Kingdom Holy Bible has now been completed and published by Filament Publishing.

Who Touched Me, The War for Your Body Born of God affirms: 1) Man is created in the image and likeness of God to be flesh and blood, spirit and soul. 2) Born again believers are members of Jesus' fleshly body, while at the same time He lives within each of our born again bodies. 3) Satan is the source of sin, sickness and death. In attacking our body Satan is attacking our faith and the Body of Christ. This is why both physical and spiritual healing was vital to the ministry of Jesus, and to His disciples in teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The book explains the working of both nature and miracles as being an active act of faith working through Jesus Christ; and why there is no such thing as God's providence, only miracles working through faith in Christ.
Despite centuries of scholarly and popular engagement, much confusion still hangs over Jesus' Olivet Discourse. There is no consensus on the nature and meaning of the disciples' question in Matt 24:3. How is the temple's fate related to the parousia or second coming of Jesus? Is the Great Tribulation past, present, or future? Will Christians be raptured to heaven? Should you rather prefer to be ""left behind""? Combining inductive and discourse grammar approaches as bases for literary structure and analysis, this study is a holistic and compelling fresh interpretation of Jesus' eschatological discourse that provides answers to these questions. The author shows that extant interpretive frameworks fail to adequately account for the biblical data. Moreover, and unlike the available treatments, the study sheds light on the discourse's structural and theological function within Matthew's Gospel as a whole and how it coheres with New Testament teaching in general.

The Scriptures of the world seem to tell of two powers because they have been taken literally instead of interpreted in the light of spiritual inspiration. This has brought about a belief of separation between God and man, and this sense of duality is the root of all discord. So says Joel Goldsmith in Spiritual Interpretation of Scripture. But, he says encouragingly, when we interpret Scripture spiritually, the deepest lessons of the Bible by which we may live are revealed to us. Foremost among these lessons is that God is the only reality of our being, and our conscious realization of our oneness with God will make the promises in Scripture real in our experience.Goldsmith intrigues the reader with the idea that the Bible is not a book outside of ourselves or a series of events that took place thousands of years ago. He says, "Scripture is the unfolding of characters and movements or happenings that are taking place within you - right this minute. Every biblical experience can be found in your consciousness at some time or other." We embody within ourselves every Bible of the world, every philosophy, character and story, Goldsmith says, and when spiritually interpreted, these can be understood as states and stages of our spiritual development and unfoldment.Working with Bible stories such as Creation, the Exodus, the Ten Commandments, Ruth and Naomi, and Joseph and his brothers, Goldsmith shows the reader how these really tell of our own experiences on the spiritual path, and he reveals the lessons they hold. Addressing the coming of the Messiah, a monumental theme in Scripture, Goldsmith says, "The Old Testament contains many prophecies of the coming of spiritual man, Messiah, Savior. The belief is that these prophecies referred to the coming of one particular spiritual man ... but the advent of the Christ is the coming of perfection in you and me."Throughout Spiritual Interpretation of Scripture, Goldsmith offers fresh new meaning to many Bible passages and stories and demonstrates that the principles found in the Bible are echoed in many other Scriptures of the world. "These statements in the Bible," he says, "which really are laws, must become a very part of our being. They must be realized, not merely declared or stated; they must become the very fabric of our being, then we can experience the outward result."

The Truth Against The Lie (Vol 1)¿Helping The World Discover Truth From The Heritage of Our FathersIn man's continual quest for a proper and true way of worship and ultimate salvation, a lot have accepted falsehood and lies formulated by the mundane churches and Pentecostals in every city streets, who brainwashed our fathers and eventually inherited down their progenies. This was caused by the neglect of our fundamental tradition and lack of knowledge of the Torah and the Prophets. In this book, Chapter One deals with the Law and how it reached the Gentile world through the calling and ministrations of the then apostles or ministers of Elohim and Apostle Paul who was converted from prosecuting the Jews to a strong souls' winner in the Gentile world. In addition to this chapter was the recognition of the actions of Adonai-fearers at the time of the Apostles who contributed immensely in furthering the message to the Gentile world of that time before crisis erupted in the then Christian assembly (that constituted the Jews only) at the City of Antioch. The purpose of the message that went down to the Gentile world was to enable an in-grafting into Commonwealth of Israel. The in-grafting processes mean they have accepted, baptized and are doing the Commandments of The Most High with all other relevant works of righteousness for salvation belong to Jews first and then the Gentile grafted. Chapter Two discussed on the Kingdom of Adonai to mean the earthly habitation and governance by Yahsha Messiah. His ruler-ship shall be based on the Law and Prophets with Psalms as the hymnbook of choice for rejoicing and worship. Human beings have been destined to die at his or her full time as assigned by The Most High.Chapter Three discusses The Right Hand of The Most High that saves and protects human creatures. Adonai has great regard for His righteous Right Hand which was demonstrated in several portions of the scripture as it relates to salvation mankind. Chapter Four deals with the entire 613 Codified Laws of The Most High. This is a guide and a Map to a right ruling, living and performance in world. The Laws are divided into Positive (the do's) and Negative (the don'ts) Commandments, Statutes and Judgments. Finally, Chapter Five concludes that the Way of life rest entirely on human performance of the Torah and other works of righteousness as enshrined in the Scripture coupled with believe and trust in Yahsha Messiah Who is the embodiment of the Torah in the flesh. Therefore, the salvation of human soul is an expensive and highly indispensable gem and to obtain it we need spiritual map and the way to locate or arrive at the designated site- The New Jerusalem. The Map and the Way are the Torah performance and doing many more of other righteous works--2Esdras7:75-101 Jacob Mathias is a reknowned Researcher on Jewish way values. This book provides a Latino reading of John¿s prologue with special attention to how the themes of race, kinship, and the empire are part of the gospel¿s racial rhetoric. By drawing from the insights of Latinx texts and theology, this book reveals how the prologue provides a lens to read the entire gospel with a keen awareness of Jesus¿s engagement with people groups¿from his own family to the Roman authorities. The prologue participates in the gospel¿s racial rhetoric by shaping the reader¿s racial imagination even before a person enters the narrative. By doing so, Jesus¿s identity becomes constructed and defined through racial rhetoric since the opening verses of John¿s gospel.
During the era of Jesus Christ, Jews spoke three languages, Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek. People faithful to the laws of Moses spoke Hebrew. Common people spoke Aramaic. Upper Class people spoke Greek. Jesus spoke in Aramaic with his Disciples and followers. This translation is directly from Aramaic unlike the majority of translations which were made from Greek.
The book serves as a catalyst for your freedom. Through the word of God, revelation, and testimony, you will be encouraged to be liberated with the power of Jesus.
Do you want to be thoroughly equipped for everything that life throws your way?The Apostle Paul told his young friend, Timothy that, All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly equipped for every good work.2 Timothy 3:16-17God wants his children to be throughly equipped. In fact, God goes so far as to say that he wants the Word of Christ to dwell richly in all Christians. Colossians 3:16How are Christians to let the Word of Christ dwell in them so that they may be throughly equipped to face life?Paul answers, by commanding Christians to address one another in Psalms, Ephesians 5:19, teaching and admonishing in all wisdom by singing the Psalms. Colossians 3:16Do you sing the Psalms?Although the singing and reading of the Psalms in worship has fallen by the wayside in recent years, the Psalms, God's songbook for his children, is an exciting section of the Bible that deserves another look. Many of these songs, written by the warrior, David, tell it like it is, don't pull any punches, and are certainly not what most people would think of as polite "religion." But, nevertheless, God gave us these songs so that we could learn how to sing and pray like thoroughly equipped warriors in our often crazy, unsettled, and increasingly hostile world.
Volume 4 of "She"... A study of the lives of women of the Bible of whom a "She..." statement is found. Each of these women was used of the Lord for a purpose. Most for good, some for what we would deem to be bad, but all ordained of Him. He worked in and through each of them so that we may learn from their lives. He preserved the details of their perspectives and actions so that we could apply them to ours today. For every "She...", the Lord has a lesson for us to learn. All Scripture from the King James Bible.
