Feminism is all about the quality of men, women and the sameness these genders have. There are so many people that offer up the argument that women are not the same as men so there can never be equality; they basically think that the physical difference between men and women does not make them equal. The issue that the researcher is concerned about firstly is equal rights and equal access to opportunities. The goal here of the researcher is to sketch some of the central uses of the terms like feminism and meninism that are most relevant to those interested in contemporary feminist philosophy, through this way of thinking and criticizing works of stereotyped feminists can bring change the way in the perspective of the society and in the betterment of the masculine gender. Ms. Farhat dedicates this research wholeheartedly to her beloved parents, her guide/mentor and co-author Dr. Vaibhav Goel Bhartiya, Dean Sardar Patel Subharti Institute of Law and her dear friends Namrita Agarwal ma'am, Kanwaljeet Arora sir and Akshdeep Singh Sidhu who continually provided their moral, spiritual and emotional support.
