Havearbejde: blomster og prydplanter

Gennem sæsonerne følger vi blomsterbonde Rikke Lentz og hendes arbejde med at dyrke øko­logiske blomster ved den økologiske gård Mangholm i Nordsjælland. Vi følger, hvordan Rikke fremtryller magiske buketter af de første forårsblomster, som skyder op af den stadig kølige jord i maj, og videre gennem den frodige og gavmilde sommer med et sandt blomsterorgie, helt indtil sæsonen går på hæld i oktober. Det er de små skridt i den rigtige retning mod en større bevidsthed om, hvad vi selv kan bidrage med for et sundere og grønnere miljø, så vi kan passe på naturen, alle insekterne, os selv og vores drikkevand. Om forfatterneRikke Lentz er selvlært økologisk blomsterbonde og har siden 2017 dyrket blomster fuldtid. Rikke er uddannet socialrådgiver med en kandidatgrad i socialt entreprenørskab, og hendes økologiske blomsterhave rummer derfor et socialt element og fun- gerer som samlingssted for dem, der er interesserede i at lære mere om blomsterdyrkning og mærke naturens helende kræfter på egen krop. Tina Brok Hansen er freelance fotograf og skribent og har fulgt Rikke Lentz gennem 3 år i hendes fascinerende blomstermarker.
