Chef Ray has worked in some capacity in a kitchen for the past 30+ years beginning with summer jobs washing dishes in a local greasy spoon diner, attending the American Culinary Institute to learn the basics in order to perfect his skills working in numerous Golf Club kitchens allowing him to attain his dream job of executive chef serving the clients of an upscale Georgia assisted living facility.
