Pretty good book to define and delve deeper into the characterization of empathy. It also includes information on identifying and the characteristics of true empathy and the difference between being empathetic and being legit empath. I really found the information on narcissists and emotional vampires (including those who are children), VERY important and critical information for empaths. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to know more about empaths and how to live as one as well as care for one.
