Bag om Flexibility in Internationalization

Seminar paper from the year 2011 in the subject Leadership and Human Resource Management - Miscellaneous, grade: 1,3, Technical University of Chemnitz (Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften - Professur für Personalführung), course: Human Resource Management Research, language: English, abstract: Firms going global aim to broaden their range of sales, production or sourcing. Lee and Makhija (2009) confirmed that international investments (export-related investments and foreign-direct investments) could provide flexibility.
