This book contributes to the progress towards intelligent transportation. It emphasizes new data management and machine learning approaches such as big data, deep learning and reinforcement learning. Deep learning and big data are very energetic and vital research topics of today's technology. Road sensors, UAVs, GPS, CCTV and incident reports are sources of massive amount of data which are crucial to make serious traffic decisions. Herewith this substantial volume and velocity of data, it is challenging to build reliable prediction models based on machine learning methods and traditional relational database. Therefore, this book includes recent research works on big data, deep convolution networks and IoT-based smart solutions to limit the vehicle's speed in a particular region, to support autonomous safe driving and to detect animals on roads for mitigating animal-vehicle accidents. This book serves broad readers including researchers, academicians, students and working professional in vehicles manufacturing, health and transportation departments and networking companies.
This proceedings book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Advanced Intelligent Systems and Informatics (AISI 2021), which took place in Cairo, Egypt, during November 20-22, 2022, and is an international interdisciplinary conference that presents a spectrum of scientific research on all aspects of informatics and intelligent systems, technologies, and applications.
This book discusses the advances of artificial intelligence and data sciences in climate change and provides the power of the climate data that is used as inputs to artificial intelligence systems. It is a good resource for researchers and professionals who work in the field of data sciences, artificial intelligence, and climate change applications.
This book presents the proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision (AICV¿2023) which will be held in Marrakesh, Morocco, during March 05¿07, 2023. This international conference, which highlighted essential research and developments in the fields of artificial intelligence and computer visions, was organized by the computer, Networks, Mobility and Modeling Laboratory (IR2M), Faculty of Sciences and Techniques, Hassan First University, Settat, Morocco, the Scientific Research Group in Egypt (SRGE), Cairo University, and the Automated Systems & Soft Computing Lab (ASSCL), Prince Sultan University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The book is divided into sections, covering the following topics: swarm-based optimization mining and data analysis, deep learning and applications, machine learning and applications, image processing and computer vision, sentiment analysis, and recommendation systems, and software-defined network and telecommunication.
This book aims through 11 chapters discussing the problems and challenges and some future research points from the recent technologies point of view such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of things (IoT) that can help the environment and healthcare sectors reducing COVID-19.
This book provides a collection of high-quality research works that address broad challenges in both theoretical and applied aspects of dynamic wireless sensor networks (WSNs) for intelligent and smart applications in a variety of environments.
