This book was written because for many years Dr. White-johnson has been constantly asked "how do you do it all?" "How do you manage your life so it flows so easily?" At first, she was a little taken aback by these questions because she didn't think that her life was easy and it never had been easy. She knew what she had gone through to become the woman that she is but she also knew that folks were only looking at the finished product and really didn't know the story behind the actual process. They were unaware of her personal values and beliefs, the heartache and the sacrifices she endured and they didn't know about the abundance of blessings that she had received. Dr. White-johnson believed that she lived her life like many others but after receiving so many inquiries about how she managed her life she began to think that perhaps there was more to her story than she realized. She looked at it as just her unique approach to my life...Happiness is her ultimate goal so she crafted a system that works for her. She is dedicated to everything that she does and she commits only to excellence... She takes her mistakes as lessons learned and only "stumbles softly" from them. She works hard to "go hard" and this is what this book is all about. This book provides a glimpse into her world...the things that she does daily that keep her on the right side of life. Much of what I have written in this book is grounded in my own growth, healing process and quest to become a more effective and successful leader in my personal and my professionl lives. My thoughts and my words are delivered from the crevices of my soul, birthed from the core of my existence, developed by my belief in the power of prayer and emerged from the strength of believing in who I am and what I do. I leaned on the triplet shields of grace, faith and mercy to give me the strength to believe that my life could only get better and that the path to greatness for me would be clearer. Much of what I have written in these messages are grounded in my own growth and healing process. It comes from deep places of pain and heartache and the crevices of my soul. But you know what? It's a year later and I am still standing, I am still smiling and I am okay. I am walking, living, proof of the power of prayer and the strength of believing in who I am and what I do.The inspirational messages in this book are designed to empower you to make choices that will lead you towards emotional prosperity because you deserve to be happy.
