Lucicus Faricus the Roman General of the 5th legion of Rome, was thrown into a different world, when he was called to serve Jesus. As he accepted the Wheel of Righteousness and became Andreas Andris' apprentice. He felt, the power of Jesus and heard his soft voice. Behind Jesus' voice, he could feel the power and authority overwhelming him. He was told by Jesus, his training would take fifty years and then he would receive instructions from him.Andreas, was the wielder of the Wheel of righteousness, for over three hundred years. It was time for Lucicus, to wield it. When Lucicus accepted his calling, he was granted immortality, until the next wielder was born. Lucicus on his quest for justice, fights to save humanity. Along the way of his quest, the wielder of the sword of glory was stripped of his power, due to his arrogance. A new wielder, had to be found. As Lucicus was being trained, Andreas was told by Jesus, to hold on to the sword of glory. Then pass it to Lucicus, before his death, for the next wielder wouldn't be born, within the life span Andreas had. Andreas knew but Lucicus did not know. He would wait more than one and a half millenniums, before the next wielder of the sword of Glory would be born. Lucicus would wait sixteen centuries before he would call the name of Klarissa.

For she is pregnant and he is worried about her safety. In his reluctance, he gives her permission to accompany him. As they leave, Bracius feels the loneliness of not having the empress with him. For he has grown accustom to her presence and counsel. She is on home world, under twenty four hour watch. She wants to make sure, she doesn't have another miscarriage. For this child will replace the son, who has died. As the emperor and Eden go on their quest. Bracius, sends his newly adopted daughter, Inbaria, to negotiate a peace treaty. She is to meet with the representative, from the galaxy of The Germanic Empire. Bracius is hoping to divert a war or stall for time. For his empire needs a year, to increase their military forces and beef up their defenses. Inbaria, wants to negotiate the treaty from the standpoint of strength, not weakness. As she meets with the German delegate, he verbally throws insults, trying to intimidate her. He fails to realize, she is from a warrior clan. She finds his attempts, to be humorous. At one point, he tries to physically force her back, to the negotiations table. He finds out how wrong that was, for he pays the price for his arrogance. The German delegate, tried a new tactic of threatening war, if Inbaria didn't accept his terms for a peace treaty. As she walks away from the negotiations, she tells him. When you are ready, to earnestly negotiate for peace, call me but until then, I will be on my ship.

Charles Keltz was born in Cherry Gove, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati. In 1954 he was born into a middle class family where his father was a member of the sheet metal union and his mother was a stay at home mom. He attended grade school at St. Thomas More and high school at McNicholas High. He attended college in 1975 to1977, 1980 to1984 and from 1989 to1993. He found out that he enjoyed studying oriental history and the history of the Roman Empire. As his years past he went to the Orient in 1988 and 1989. He visited his wife's home country of China in 1999, 2002, 2005, 2007 and 2009. As he toured China he found out that there wasn't much difference between the United States and China. Charles Keltz has lived in Ohio for 39 years. Has lived in Michigan for four years, and Virginia for four years. He is currently living in South Carolina. He has made his living as a mechanical designer and has had numerous jobs in the aerospace and automotive industries where he earns a middle class income as his father did. This book is about liberal utopianism, which is bringing on the destruction of the United States, through the efforts of the Democrat Party with their never-ending attempt to increase or create new federal government social programs. In this process of trying to create utopia they have created liberal secularism, which is bringing on the destruction of our nation's Christian values. There is a comparison between the historical records of the Roman Empire and the Chinese Dynasties to the current events that are happening in the United States, which shows that we are on the path of destruction. It's only a matter of time.
