Mr. Letourneau was born in Quebec, Canada in 1955 and moved to USA in 1990. He studied Psychology (Major), Counseling (Bachelor's degree & License) and Measurement Statistics (M.A.) at the University of Laval in Quebec (1989). He is currently retired. Mr. Letourneau has been working in clinical trials as a Principal Statistical Programmer and clinical trial lead. Mr. Letourneau has been a member of the International Raelian Movement since 1977.
