The second in a series, Psychopath Secrets Unveiled continues where Psychopath Betrayed left off. Voice believes he has effectively stopped any chance of his identity becoming known. Against the laws of the church, the sanctity of confession, and risking excommunication, Massey, concerned for Father Tom's safety, reaches out to an old acquaintance, Captain Sutton with the NYPD for discretionary help. Massey chronicled the horrors of Voice's confessions. Are they real, or merely smoke? Massey is certain he's telling the truth, and it scares the hell out of him. Sutton's not sure what to make of it, especially since Massey wasn't completely forthright in divulging the circumstances. As a result, Sutton uses the opportunity to finally reward a dutiful officer. Newly appointed detective Abigale Jenske or AJ, has risen from the ranks as bait in hooker sting operations with the NYPD, to the case brought by Massey to Sutton. Partnered with a salty, flirting detective named Mac, the case soon turns into an imbroglio of epic proportions. While a complete psychopath with unlimited resources has bigger plans.
