Eliminating the United States' economy from the world's ecosystem, would have a negligible impact on preventing the rise in average global temperature of 1.5 degrees Celsius proposed by the Paris Climate Accord by the year 2100, yet the United States is imperative for the liberal democratic project of expanding the Rule of Law to more of our brother and sister citizens around the globe versus Rule of Man totalitarian regimes like China and Russia, who care not for international rules and norms of conduct. These 100 Questions grew out of an assignment to me by the president of the Stamford, Connecticut, chapter of the NAACP, within one month of the killing of George Floyd, an African-American man on May 25, 2020, on "how can white ppl help [end] systemic racism?" My answer was: "Easily. It takes more than two pages however." Here is my presentation to "white ppl" to help end systemic racism/statism, the hurdles, burdens and barriers put in the way of the citizen to get an education, get a job, start a business, put a roof over their head, put food on the plate of their children and pursue happiness as they see fit.The Chicago Tragedy is shorthand for our nation's silence on the daily violent death of young black men, boys and bystanders countrywide. For example, in 2016 there were 762 murders reported in Chicago alone, which worked out to more than 2 people killed per day, which fell most heavily on young black men, boys and bystanders!

Connecticut used to be the Constitution State. But the politicians and judges have subjected the general citizen to the State. When the United States Constitution was drafted in 1787 in the most remarkable step forward in the political history of man of the Rule of Law where the citizen would be the sovereign, Connecticut showed the way with its bicameral legislature of a house based on population and a Senate based on geographic areas, thereby inspiring the Connecticut Compromise of a the US house and Senate.Today Connecticut is in the inenviable position of having one of the five worst fiscal conditions of the fifty states and the highest compensated state public sector in the union. This is compounded by a statist Connecticut Supreme Court that holds the State above the citizen and has shown to be ignorant of the most basic due-process requirements.Only if Connecticut regains its constitutional balance by the citizen being sovereign and the State being instituted for the benefit of the citizen can Connecticut reclaim its future as an independent state and the Constitution State!
