Corporate culture seems an outdated notion to those who see it only as invariable from one institution to another. However, despite its homeostatic nature, it is a unique symbol in each firm, bringing together values, norms, representations and identities, the cohesion of which activates the patterns of productivity. On the other hand, multinationals pose the thorny problem of harmonising codes, representations and identities. It is difficult to establish a common language, especially when different cultures are involved. With the advent of mergers and acquisitions, some human resources departments, gnawed by the uncertainty of multinationals, are experiencing unbearable stress, leading to early retirement without a cultural lifeline to emancipate the precarious in a world of heightened competitiveness. But the dialectical position of the paradox resolved in the dual concept of 'work and distraction' is part of the adoption of a humanist philosophy, favouring quality of life at work.
The participative approach to management highlights an epistemology of collective action where knowledge management imposes an integrated management of knowledge with a data bank to have the different types of knowledge at hand. Diversity management is established as an articulation of identity and cultural schemas with a co-construction of knowledge according to the socioconstructivist prism; optimising the deployment of human capital through democratic participation in company work and through epistemological engineering promoting an inclusive political process. Communication is essential for participative management, as it presides over the harmonisation of corporate representations, values and standards through constructive dialogue aimed at concerted collective action, a guarantee of efficiency. The participative approach is a systemic evolution, emulating complementarity and coherence through the creation of teams that catalyse perfectibility. Involving everyone in a dynamic monitoring system encourages inventiveness and creativity to capture the subtleties of change and ward off obsolescence through innovation.
The extra-linguistic elements are restrictive. Only language has an excellent promotional dynamic for the being through its practice. Therefore, recourse to symbolisation and verbalisation is essential as a factor in awakening and enlivening the spirit. Every language is invented every day through its crossbreeding, its encounters and the exchanges between social actors. Each social sequence is definitely an apostrophe to language, which is tinged with vicinal colours like a chameleon. As much as language creates the ethnic particular, it is also the integrating potential that leads to the universal while remaining a tool of conviviality endowed with the capacity to generate tolerance through socio-cultural relations and reciprocal exchanges. Language is socialisation and insinuates itself into the collective unconscious as the prime of all acquisitions consenting to all learning of value, those behavioural, attitudinal, conceptual later beneficial to life in society.

As Descartes opines through his famous dictum: ¿I think therefore I am¿; thus, any vital project starts with a consciousness arousal around its worth. The gig revolution is a technological lever for educational conversion; interweaving essential dynamics, triggering a synergetic relationship between forces at work. Therefore, the digital learning upheaval is a potential for networking, extemporal collaboration to creativity in order for humanity to overcome the evolutionary challenge. Most to the point, the revolution is a ludic one with its innovative thinking, training and digital learning options tremendously impacting on education. Solemnity is no longer essential to knowledge acquisition. The invasion of gamification with ludic strategies infuses training and professional environments where people learn while playing.
