Full Color Version Robert and Christie Mach are married spies who really know how to love - their kids, their friends and aviation. They especially know how to romance each other. Besides being CIA spies, both are top Air Force pilots. "Mach 6" is their plum assignment after an extraordinary encounter told in the book, "Complexity." Venerable CIA agent Oliver Baker, whose past exploits are still far above Top Secret, finds himself cleverly framed for murdering his best friend. If he goes to prison, he'd last a month, because his mortal enemies control prisons. Moreover several governments might fall. He escapes and fakes suicide, then reads he was acquitted after all. Oh well, dead for a while, he can operate more freely, protecting those he loves. Nearly everyone in "Mach 6" is a spy, a counterspy or a saboteur. They are swirling around the most secret and desired research on earth, a Mach 6 aircraft that Robert and Christie are developing at Area-51. Most nations want the aircraft. Some would wage war to get it, or its plans. A shadowy conspiracy of twelve, with tentacles squeezing the highest levels of many governments covets the technology most of all. Competing agents are trying to create, protect, steal and destroy what will become a multi trillion dollar industry - the secret of Mach 6 flight. There is an unobtainable material wryly named Non-Existium because it is a stretchy aircraft skin that will withstand the white heat of Mach 6 air friction. It must be invented. Even if it can be made, how does one keep Mach 6 air from blowing out the flame in any jet engine that can also run both at takeoff and landing speeds? Then what about the four undiscovered speed barriers between Mach 1 and Mach 6, each potent enough to rip an ordinary plane to shreds. This book may give NASA ideas. For example, in the 21st century, who really needs an aircraft tail or windows? How do you prevent landing gear door hinges or aileron hinges from burning off? What kind of fuel will power the craft for 90 minutes, flying from San Francisco to Paris, Moscow, Beijing or Tokyo? And how do two top spies / pilots keep their loved ones secure, healthy and warm, while the world's most potent adversaries focus everything on destroying them? How, indeed, when those enemies might even have private nukes on US soil? It'll be interesting to find out how they can succeed, if they can succeed. If they do, in this third volume of the Mach Books series (1)Audaz, (2)Complexity, (3)Mach 6, (4)The Room bOmb. There will be many more. Well, that let the cat out of the bag! They do survive "Mach 6" to reappear in "The Room bOmb," already published. Do enjoy a tale as strong and twisty as a hawser, twisted of ropes, twisted of strings, twisted of threads, twisted of black widow spider webs. If you're a spy or have been one, or if you've experienced the kind of romance Ian and Vicki Utz know so well, if you've flown high-Mach aircraft at the edge of space, or if you have worked in secret at Area-51, if you've been at the boardroom levels of a team pioneering a whole industry from scratch, you'll find 'Mach 6' eerily familiar. If you have not, then 'Mach 6' is a first-person spree into those turbulent worlds, where at least Some things are as they seem. The trouble is that spies never seem to know which are which.
I had Arthritis in my hands. My knees were so bad that my only options were Cortisone shots and knee replacements. My large intestine expanded and ruptured my stomach muscle above my navel. It could have pierced my skin. I had Type II Diabetes. I did not begin the nutrition plan. I was convinced that my physicians knew best. I believed that other people who claimed good results from natural treatments, were flukes. A friend gave me a tape by Nobel Prize nominee Dr. Joel Wallach; titled "Dead Doctors Don't Lie", sparking a curiosity for alternative health care. I met Dr. Wallach for lunch. That meeting and that cassette tape changed my life. Doc's message was totally logical, and I verified that what he said was fact. However, I hesitated to resolve my health concerns. Like most people, I believed my doctors knew best. Who was I to go against the established norm? Then with chest pains, I was rushed to the hospital with an anxiety attack. For months afterward, my doctors performed tests and prescribed various drugs. They were certain my condition would only deteriorate. That shook me to my core, so I began a nutrition program. In only eleven weeks, my Arthritis was history! I could do deep knee bends from a standing position. The intestinal problem stopped, however I still have a naval protrusion. A few months later, my doctor said "Whatever you are doing, don't stop. You're fine." With a smile, he said, "Get out of here, you healthy bum!" Most of the health problems I experienced were treated by some of the finest doctors at the prestigious La Jolla Scripps Greens Hospital. Since recovering, my goal has been to help others with their health needs. I thought of family, friends and numerous other people who could improve and reverse medical conditions by using the resources I found so beneficial. Most people I meet are comfortable with their short range view of their overall health. They believe whole-heartedly in the health care system, and rely on health insurance for all their health care needs. Most people exercise control of every area of their life, except when it comes to medical care. This amazes me. The experience of going from dismal health to great health has had a profound effect on my life. At first I just wanted to save my life. I immersed myself in whatever I could find on pertinent health subjects. After my health turned around, my quest for information on diseases became insatiable. I routinely visited web-sites offering educational material on diseases or health issues, and over a dozen years learned much. I have come to understand that nothing on earth is more complicated than the human body, God's best creation. These twelve years of self-training on health care and wellness have given me a new outlook beyond our medical care system, to the natural ways to maintain health. I also came to understand the major impact of politics in fostering a medical monopoly upon America. Internationally, we are in 43rd place. This works. I tell doubters; I was born in 1940. Considering my medical history, how would you explain my results? I don't look my age, yet a few years ago, I looked much older. I feel younger. In fact, I work with 20-year olds. They typically get tired, call in sick or need to take a break. They are three and a half times younger than me. They cal me the Energizer Bunny. Do not accept my words on face value; do your own research, learn some of what I have learned and form your own opinion. Your well being and that of your loved ones may benefit, as I have obviously benefited from diligent research. I know hundreds of people who do what I do nutritionally. They don't suffer the illnesses so common to our neighbors. I hope you will be enlightened by this writing, and will contact me with your comments and questions. No I'm not a doctor I'm a Marine Corps veteran, with an advanced degree from the school of hard knocks, and a heart for research
Imagine having front-row seats with your friends and family at one of the finest fireworks shows in California. Imagine the punctuating drama of six military assault boats storming the beach. It's part of the show, a demonstration of American might. Your smart phone records it all on video. Imagine how it becomes almost too real as a gunfight erupts and people fall. Imagine how one is the husband of your best friend -- and he doesn't get up. Imagine the horror of seeing your friend forced to one of the boats and tied to two others, before the six boats charge out to sea with 18 kidnapped women. Imagine the four dead men and women around you, the helplessness, the rage that this could happen. Here. Imagine the desperate clings and cries of their two grade school children, now at whose mercy? And how, oblivious to it all, the automated fireworks display reaches its magnificent conclusion.

Ninety-Five things are absolutely Essential for human life. Without any one of them we perish before our time. Some are obvious, such as air, water, protein, carbohydrates and fats. Others are more subtle: Sixty essential minerals, 16 essential vitamins, 12 essential amino acids and 2 essential fatty acids. They are essential because our bodies cannot make them, so we humans must consume them all, or die early. Top athletes die about twenty years early because all of their lives they have sweated out their minerals and Gatorade won't replace them. Billionaires and national leaders die early, despite access to the best medical treatment on earth. Doctors are the shortest lived people on earth, with the possible exception of homocide detectives who have inordinately high suicide rates. This indicates that doctors, who do not study nutrition, but who follow their own advice, must be living and advising wrong. This book presents the well proven case that nearly every chronic disease is caused by a lack of one or more Essential element of nutrition and can be reversed merely by supplying that missing piece. Supplementation is one key to the puzzle. Since croplands are sorely depleted, home gardens provide the other key. You can grow the food you need on your patio, against your exterior walls or even inside with grow lights. This book shows how. Future editions will contain exact plans and photographs of many kinds of gardens occupying about a 4x4 or 2x8 foot area.
