OPTIMIZATION ( Reduction in response time) for efficient use of resources by job scheduling technique. The experimental results are performed using MATLAB software under different mean arrival time i.e. 24, 26 and 28. From the analysis it confirms that proposed technique of scheduling outperforms the other traditional scheduling algorithms and performs expertly in varying workloads. The main purpose is to maximize the efficiency of the system with the discovery of efficient operating scenario that can handle the load with effective response time.
It is observed by reviewing existing literature that many works have been done on anthropometric measurement of hand and grip strength in foreign countries. So far it is known, there is no published work on hand grip strength in Bangladesh. There is need for the standard baseline data that can be used for the design of hand tools, gloves, machine access spaces and hand-held devices and for selection of hand tools for use by various industries, specially garments female workers in Bangladesh.
This textbook is an attempt to offer a comprehensive representation of Modern Hebrew to the student of Hebrew language and culture. It consists of three major parts. The first part offers a large sample of 588 headlines, collected from daily newspapers, especially Ha-aretz, as well as titles of articles and books on Hebrew and Judaism. Part two consists of 74 sections that deal with such topics as politics, sociology, language, culture, sport, economy, health and literature, beginning with the simple and ending with the more complex texts. Part three consists of an alphabetical Glossary of approximately 350 linguistic terms in English and Hebrew. An effort was made to include interesting as well as modern material. We hope that this textbook will help the student of advanced Hebrew level in Western and Eastern universities to gain a better understanding of Modern Hebrew as reflected in the media, both written and oral.
New technological revolution have dramatically altered the future of humankind. The development of molecular biology, genetic engineering, biotechnology, nanotechnology, new materials, information technology (IT), the cloning of living organisms, artificial intelligence, robotics, make up the process of global structural change. In these global structural changes the main factors of production have been moved from land, labour and capital, to creative knowledge, creative production and the creative mobility of people and capital, thus forming mode of global production. The structure of global change is more complex than just the innovation of new technologies and the creation of new products. Also dealing with the issue of how business processes are integrated, how companies and institutions are managed, how knowledge is transferred, and how public policies are formulated, this model of global structural change establishes new links between global production, innovation and integration, shifting coerciveness to attraction and hard power to soft power, gradually modifying the nature of state sovereignty and creating the delicate framework of the new global security paradigm.
Living in an era that lays great emphasis on the philosophy of war is one of the reasons of this study. Almost all scholarly and critical studies in this field had been dedicated to one or two poets, mostly male. During wartime and after, male poets prevailed upon female poets. A simple justification of this is that publishing houses were dominated by men. Not only that, historians, editors, literary critics, anthology editors and all publishers were men. Women were living in a man-controlled world. However, this does not mean that women's writings were totally dismissed from war anthologies; they only did not receive adequate critical attention as men did. The war helped to create a place for women in both the home front and the battlefront. The war was pivotal for all British women. In order to know the whole story of the war, women's voices should be heard, and their poetry should be included.
The impact of the European financial crisis on adopting innovation for healthcare management following clinical research and development, seems to include more than a matter of adequate funding. There are arguments that changes are needed in approaches adopted to research conducted within health systems. The "Europe 2020" policy project builds arguments from this initial premise. This is one of the reasons why one of its key aims is to identify ways to remove barriers from clinical research and technology transfer and sustain innovation in healthcare. Large, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and universities are to be the engine of innovation for healthcare. However, they are challenged by escalating costs of clinical trials and the long time-frame for the development of health care products. Solutions put forward within "Europe 2020", include the setting of a single market for innovation and that funding would be better coordinated along the innovation chain - from basic research down to launching new products and services to the market and the creation of public-private partnerships to bring more innovations to market faster.
