Development of the food industry is becoming a very big social issue in the context of the problem of malnutrition of the population in the world. Despite undeniable progress in reducing malnutrition and improving nutrition and health, nearly 800 million people suffer from hunger and 2 billion people suffer from micronutrient deficiencies .In this regard, special attention is being paid today to the effective development of the food industry related to complex supply chains and the expansion of product exports.Particular attention is paid to satisfying the demand of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan for quality and safe food products and to the effective development of the food industry.
