Wow!!!! This book makes me want to rethink the way I see and use food. Improper use of food leads to obesity, which in turns causes health problems and since I'm a Christian, I pray about my health and try to make it a God problem!!!! Our bodies are our temples not cathedrals. It is amazing how much weight we gain when we go on a diet. I sort of feel like I'm in an "AA" meeting. I want to say, "Hi my name is Curtis and I'm overweight!!!"
