Management of Hypercalcemia EHS Daksi Constantine - Assia Mohdeb - Bog

Management of Hypercalcemia EHS Daksi Constantineaf Assia Mohdeb
Bag om Management of Hypercalcemia EHS Daksi Constantine

This work aimed to determine the clinico-biological characteristics, therapeutic and evolutionary characteristics of patients with hypercalcemia in a Nephrology Department (EHS Daksi constantine in Algeria). The main etiologies are neoplasia, which includes solid cancers and hemopathies, hyperparathyroidism and iatrogeny, especially in elderly and renal failure patients. The recourse to dialysis was the last resort in subjects with preserved renal function. The morbimortality of hypercalcemia seems important and consequently an adequate management is necessary with identification and treatment of the pathology in cause.
