Missing Robin: Poems from a Mother's Grief Journey is a compilation of poignant, creative insights into the depths of grief experienced by the author, Holly Snow Sillau, as she describes her innermost feelings while dealing with the untimely death of her only child. Holly and her daughter, Robin, coauthored the inspiring book Robin's Wings: Lessons from My Daughter on How to Grieve for My Only Child (published in 2011). All proceeds from the sale of both books go to the charitable research fund Holly established in Robin's memory at New York City's Hospital for Special Surgery. The fund is called the Robin Joy Sillau Memorial Research Fund for Connective Tissue Disease.
