ROCK BOTTOM BLUES Principal Ray Thomas hits rock bottom after a series of disappointing events including the engagement of his VP, Rose Simpson. Shaken by his mother's revelation that his father struck a cyclist 28 years prior, he walks along the river to the falls in Stonehill. While contemplating life, three former students confront him.
As Ray is dealing with the repercussions of these events, he meets a vision of beauty in the bank. Linda is a teller who is paralyzed from the waist down and uses a wheelchair. She agrees to coffee with first Ray, then a double date with her boss and Aaron, a bank client. Can Ray change enough to develop meaningful relationships with his staff, students, and family? How will he find ways to do this with accusations from former students, interference from drug dealers, and his mother's dementia. Can Linda become more than a friend after her ordeal of sexual assault?
