At end of each book, Dr. Wegner and her partner Kimberly Sattler MS, BCBA, provide teaching tips and behavioral intervention strategies. These stories and strategies are beneficial for all children, not just those with autism.

Instead of scolding, arguing, or punishing, Brody's mother hugs her little cub and helps him succeed. The book shows children and their grown-up's strategies to teach skills and overcome anxieties by breaking tasks into small steps
