The day Lord Enrico introduces his three young sons to the family business he's the proudest man alive. He watches as the boys poke their fingers into the side of a hill at Tadgers to find their first gemstones. Unfortunately, his children have already come into contact with the family's sparkling stones . . . an act that alters the course of their lives and shatters their father's dreams. The boys disappear one day from their playroom in the manor house and, after many years, have never been found. Gerald Raffegi-Tangi learns of his background; he's a missing son, along with his twin brother, Tito. He enlists Team Gesmo to bring home Enrico junior; the rightful heir to their father's title and international empire. Along the way, the team's task is hindered by Professor Pietro Pippini who's on his own mission; one to bring evil, not justice. He also displays a new skill - he can make people disappear. As the race against time begins, astonishing secrets are revealed and hidden trysts divulged. Can Team Gesmo accomplish the challenge on their own, or do they need help? Only time will tell . . .
Strange things are happening in the village of Glamicca Leap. Colourful stars are shining brightly above Tadgers Blaney Manor in the middle of the afternoon. There have been ghost sightings by the lake, and the myths surrounding this picturesque idyll have been brought to life by the UK's Press. There are challenges ahead for the newly-formed Team Gesmo: Darren and Henry have a nightclub to run, lost inheritance to find, and sinister code to crack. Jenny is due to launch her first fashion collection in Milan, and Jack is faced with imminent disaster in his new job as a vet at Tadgers. Also, the evil Professor Pietro Pippini has surfaced, meaning the animals in the team are under threat of being made human. Still, things appear to be going well in Ireland - Liam is planning to bring goodwill to all on Christmas Eve. One thing's for certain, Gerald Raffegi-Tangi will do anything in his power to protect his team. From his workshop in Venice, he oversees everyone via the magical gemstone jug. There are some things out of his control though; missing people, lost treasure and a heart-wrenching tragedy. He can't fix the past . . . or can he?
Born into the aristocratic Pippini dynasty as son and heir, Enrico's life was destined for fame and fortune. At the age of five the arrival of twin brothers made his family complete. Enrico's vivid imagination ensured that every moment alone with his siblings was full of magical adventures. The twins trusted him and he was their fearless protector. By the age of ten, Enrico was lost and alone; his bravado had torn the Pippini family apart. Borrowing his mother's secret star and turning his brothers into giants by mistake brought tragedy beyond belief. There was no other option than to run away while he found a solution to fix the problem. Enrico's journey takes him on a path of collusion, trickery and heart wrenching decisions. He also encounters kindness, friendship and romance. Will intervention by hidden forces bring Enrico's destiny back on track . . . or do changes to destiny happen for a reason?
In the backstreets of Venice, a lonely craftsman faces a challenging mission; one he can't possibly embark on alone. What he doesn't realise is that help is on its way; a diverse group of individuals have come into contact with some large shiny stones and they are beginning to form an unbreakable bond. There's still a missing piece though, something that will provide the ultimate connection and take the newly formed team on the journey of a lifetime. If you would like to join the adventure and are willing to: travel through England, Ireland and Italy; become friends with an unlikely group of animals and house share with four university students, then please come on board. Everyone's welcome. It's a world where the power of friendship knows no bounds and diversity reigns. Oh, and the lonely craftsman, well he goes on the greatest journey of them all . . .
With members of Team Gesmo on the Summer Camp Organisation Committee, that could mean only one thing; four weeks of fun and excitement for the twenty children lucky enough to be heading to Tadgers Blaney Manor. The villagers of Glamicca Leap are in for a treat too, with a High Street Parade planned for the final day. However, not all goes to plan: Activities on the lake cause mayhem; there are reports of missing children, and an age-old myth from the La Principessa mansion in Tuscany creates friction within Team Gesmo. The emergence of an Odd Job man brings some solace to the chaos, but is he too good to be true? As the children's sense of adventure is unleashed, they uncover a connection between Tadgers and Tuscany that defies all belief. The UK's Press are keen to report on the astonishing events, but even they could not anticipate the discovery that makes Gerry more powerful than ever before. Tadgers Blaney Manor Summer Camp brings change for many; imaginations are enriched; strong friendships are formed, and one child's deserving family is set to prosper. The lives of Team Gesmo are also touched by the experience - for two of them things will never be the same again . . .
