Ana traces historical and generational trauma and expectations between herself, her siblings, and her father. Dissecting her father's "Failure it Not An Option" fridge magnet, Ana looks at how each of her brother's and sister's achievements or lack thereof was used to impact their self-esteem and the next child's performance metrics. If her brother was a little more successful, the pressure came off from her. If her sister screwed something up, there was less expectation of her to succeed. Things get complicated as her parents figure out that she is queer and she realizes the distinction between what she wants and what others want of her. She looks at grading metrics and relative successes and averages and how honestly difficult and demanding it is to be a McDonald's employee. Her former self-hatred is used to guide her to own her own wants and goals as she reaches adulthood, even if the shadow of the past is nagging in the background. Juggling the Rainbow is a collection of personal essays that really provide a look at what it can be like to experience relationships beyond monogamy. This is not a collection meant to fuel your three-way fantasies or make you want to throw monogamy out the window. Instead this zine shows how these people were able to explore themselves in a way that they couldn't in a monogamous relationship. In the first essay the writer reflects on their current open relationship, how through this relationship they realized they had unresolved issues with race and how internalized racism, such as feeling ugly and unattractive about being Chinese. This zine is about more than polyamory. It's about exploring one's identity and relationship with themselves through their relationship with others.

Gendrfailz explores the area between and outside of male and female, and shows through first-hand experience just how limiting gender can be.

Five people of varying genders got together to discuss the topic of intimate violence. This zine explores roles of the community in support of people in situations of intimate violence including both physical and emotional. Radical Responses to Relationship Violence for Community Accountability skillfully tackles a very complex issues with a well laid of approach, personal stories, and exercises.

"My name is Heather, I am an anarchist, and I am getting a breast reduction," begins this zine. Heather talks us through her decision to have the surgery, all the parts of the process (including some pretty intense photos of her breasts before, during, and after healing--intense as in blood and bandages and bloody bandages), how she felt afterward, and a list of resources for people considering doing the same thing. She also writes about having a kid, her history with eating disorders, and learning to love her body.

In the 1960s through 1980s, the Black Panther Party rose up throughout the United States, envisioning a world without systemic racism and police violence. This is the story of Portland, Oregon's chapter of the Party, told from original interviews, first-hand accounts, and extensive research, including police surveillance documents. This account shows a vivid picture of neighborhood activists determined to improve their community by creating their own social services, and wildly succeeding--despite the best attempts of police, city officials, and media to paint them as violent extremists, and to spy on, infiltrate, and violently suppress their activities. Portland's Black Panther chapter innovated healthy free breakfasts for children in poverty, the longest-running Panther free health clinic, the Panthers' first dental clinic, and a powerful system of self-directing neighborhood associations. Joe Biel's account shows that the Portland chapter's successes resound to this day, with current programs for free breakfasts in schools, Portland's strong neighborhood associations, and even the Oregon Health Plan owing their existence to Black Panther initiatives. Despite a racist city hall and police force, Black Panthers in Portland persisted, outlasting most branches in the United States and permanently changing the city for the better. All author proceeds are being donated to the movement.

Autistic people are being killed in massive numbers by the disability of how society treats us.This zine collects stories of people who have defied these odds and lived past 36. It shares wisdom for how we did it and offers narrative about both what that process was like as well as tips and important things to understand if you care about one of us.More importantly and perhaps surprisingly, the most effective way to reduce suicide is to talk about it. This way people who are having suicidal feelings can normalize talking about it with you instead of the fear of bringing it up. Talking about suicide does not increase risk or efforts. It's the one true way to save lives.

This pro-choice zine is an introduction to the history of underground abortion and a call to learn our history and to take matters in our own hands. It includes some information on menstrual extraction and a list of resources to learn more. Reproductive choice is not a "right" to be granted or withdrawn. "To know our history is to begin to see how to take up struggle again." Exceptionally well written and researched. If you are looking for more information about these topics, this is it! Timely and relevant!

"Don't drink the Kool-Aid!" Most people have heard the phrase, but like so many famous phrases, its origin is a lie. Did Jim Jones lead a cult which killed themselves at his command, or was that story concocted to cover up something more sinister? One fact to consider is that the local coroner reported that the people of Jonestown were murdered, although this was ignored by the American press for unknown reasons. Another fact is that the guy who bought the land for Jonestown was a CIA operative. Also, Jim's best friend from childhood was a CIA torturer. And the "cult" consisted largely of kidnapped slave labor--mostly Black women. And yet this still barely scratches the surface of a conspiracy that provides a roadmap of how special operations are executed.

Xhopakelxhit, a member of Ancestral Pride, (some badass, grassroots, indigenous, direct action land defenders from unceded Ahousat territory) made this zine about how to be anti-racist/anti-capitalist white settler ally to people in all kinds of struggles--indigenous and otherwise. Featuring artwork from Gord Hill and Annie Banks, it offers very concrete action ideas and resources that anyone can empower themselves with in the battle for restorative justice and building allies with settlers. 15% of the proceeds will go to supporting Ancestral Pride.
