The development of the Nusantara Capital City is directed at supporting its realization national goals in nation and state as stated in the opening of the 1945 Constitution; support the realization of the Vision Indonesia 2045, namely Sovereign, Advanced, Just and Prosperous; and the aspirations of the nation Indonesia to become a high-income country so that it can become part of the top five world economic powers in 2045. Vision of Indonesia The year 2045 is built with + (four) pillars that take into account global mega trends up to 2045. The four pillars to achieve Indonesia's Vision 2045 is: (1) Human Development and Mastery of Science and Technology; (2) Economic Development Sustainable; (3) Equitable Development; Endurance Strengthening National and Governance. The 2045 Indonesia Development Pillars form the basis for the development of the Capital City Nusantara which is expected to become a regional development standard future as part of Indonesia's 2045 dream, namely: (1) Resources Indonesian people whose intelligence outperforms other nations in world; (2) Indonesian society that upholds pluralism, culture, religious, and uphold ethical values.

The objective of this paper was to show the contribution of external partners to the decentralization process in Burkina Faso. To do this, the author looked at the activities of the Fonds d'Investissement pour les Collectivités Décentralisées (FICOD), an implementation structure set up by the German financial cooperation agency, KFW, to support the communes of the Eastern, Central-Eastern and South-Western regions in their socio-economic infrastructure needs. It is divided into two (02) main parts:- the presentation of FICOD-B/East and its procedures for obtaining financing- the impact study of the activities of the Infrastructure Component.Each part has two (02) chapters.the document was able to highlight the enormous contribution of FICOD in the realization of a certain number of socio-economic infrastructures for the benefit of these communes. The amounts injected are enormous with nearly 5,857,477,550 FCFA, or about 9,000,000 euros.

Justice in Cameroon is in perpetual evolution. Justice in Cameroon has several faces, notably, social justice, legal justice, administrative justice, and among others, military justice. Military justice is known today as one of the most important justice of the State of Cameroon by its use at the top of the State. The organization and functioning of military justice will be the subject of this research. To understand and make available to users and legal professionals this document to better understand and navigate the military legal system is our objective.

Urbanizing Suburbia considers three current and related processes underway in global cities: the hyper-gentrification of inner cities, the financialization of housing, and the structural changes occurring in the outer city. Rocketing housing prices have displaced residents from inner cities and created a rent gap in outer cities. Increasingly, municipalities, developers, and displaced residents search for opportunities in the suburban belts. Changes in demographics, densities, live/work ratios, and tenures are remaking outer cities, rendering them less and less suburban. Since the dawn of civilization, cities around the globe have been playing vital roles at the local and global levels.These roles face restrains as cities expand, neglecting their administrative boundaries while experiencing a shortage in the governmental, financial or jurisdictional capacity to fulfill their responsibilities.Moreover, there is still a growing need to measure the city¿s performance as an important tool for policy makers and city leaders to better understand and improve their cities¿ performances with regard to service delivery, governance model and/or policy frameworks.Regarding the Egyptian context, Metropolitan Cairo, the governance is described as a highly complicated, inflexible, formalized and centralized system since it is more like a local administrative one (an executive institution of the central government).Consequently, this dissertation,first, explores and analyzes the linkage between governance and performance while highlighting governance main pillars. secondly, a relevant analytical framework is formulated to investigate Governance. Finally, Metropolitan Cairo is explored through a relevant developed framework for steering structure and capabilities.

The emergence of the book ¿Administration Science. Case Studies¿ is inspired by the researches conducted by students who have approached in their graduation papers, under the coordination of the undersigned, themes from the field of public administration. In spite of the several public service reform programmes that have been rolled out by the government of Kenya, there is declining performance of the public service compared with the quality of service delivery by the NGAOs to the citizens. Numerous measures undertaken before did not provide a framework for guiding behavior towards attainment of results or ensured accountability in finance stewardship. This was until 2003 when the Government outlined its commitment to improve performance, corporate governance and management in the public service through the introduction of performance contracting ¿ as a management tool for measuring performance against negotiated performance targets. This was expected to rationalize public management culture to focus on outputs, efficiency and cost effectiveness by ensuring that top-level managers are accountable for results; public resources are focused on attainment of key national policy priorities of the government; performance is measured, and eventually; performance among public agencies is competitive; budgetary resources are linked to performance targets, and ultimately; reward for work is linked to measurable performance.

The study to be undertaken aims at discovering the enforcement of the Zimbabwean Administrative law in resolving disputes that emerge within the public sector departments to ensure stable provisioning of public services using the Midlands Provincial office as the case study. The absence of development within the public sector departments is as a result of emerging and pending unresolved disputes. It is against this background that the study will focus on whether the Zimbabwean Administrative law related dispute resolution methods are of essentiality in promoting a dispute free environment within the public sector. Hence the objective of this research is to analyse the Zimbabwean Administrative law in dispute resolution. This study will dig into all the dispute resolution methods that have been enforced with aid from the staff within the department of Midlands Provincial Administrator¿s office. Literature review showcased relevant conceptual framework of disputes, types of disputes, types of labour disputes, Zimbabwean administrative law, dispute resolution strategies, differences between the Western and African dispute resolution methods, ways of preventing workplace disputes.

The old traditional public administration (The Weberian Ideal Model of Administration) was rules-bound, bureaucratic, hierarchical, and overall very inefficient. This traditional public administration according to Jooste (2008), was based on the principal-agent theory, where within the context of the public service, the citizens, or the general public(principal) were dependent on public bureaucrats (agents) to share information, instead of promoting ¿information silos¿ by not sharing information beyond their self interest, thereby creating a situation of¿information asymmetry¿. Larbi (1999) further posits that this ¿information asymmetry¿ witnessed and experienced during traditional public administration may be remedied through the introduction of New Public Management (NPM), where accountability and transparency are tenets of this school of management practice. The shift from bureaucratic administration to more business-like professional management through NPM was promoted as a prescription fitting for all levels and branches of the public sector, local, as well as central government, and every kind of administrative culture, in any country whatsoever (Farazmand, 2006).

Ensuring national security requires the country to form a competent information policy. The importance and specificity of the problem of the formation of national security, as well as its important part - information security, are caused by the challenges of the modern world. This is due to the fact that at present many of the most important interests of modern society are largely determined by the state of the information sphere surrounding them. This is associated with deliberate or unintended impacts on the information sphere by external or internal sources, which can cause serious harm to the interests and constitute a threat to public safety. In recent years, a special problem in the field of information support of the society is the development of such a thing as ¿fake¿ in the work of the mass media, which is also a serious threat both from the side of misinformation of people, as well as trust in these mass media.
