When I say 'almost' I mean that with the ever changing and updating rules and regulations, you can't be 100% sure if you have done everything right. But the things which I cannot mention in an academic book is that, to obtain those Licenses you might not pay only the License fee as mentioned in the govt charts but much more than that.
