This workbook consists of group activities where individuals can engage in discussions and learn skills that will promote their social and emotional well-being. Topics include self-esteem, feelings, communication, friendships, relationships, and technology/social media. The goal for this workbook is that individuals will be able to participate in beneficial discussions and written exercises, share personal experiences, and learn skills, all while having fun. Group facilitators can pick and choose lessons that most relate to the group's needs.
