In the western, so called civilised world, chronic disease is the new norm; who dies of 'old age' these days? In the US the prevalence of autism now stands officially at 1 in 68, up from around 1 in 2000 back in 1985. Asthma, eczema and autoimmune disorders are common place and have been on the rise for decades. If you think you have a health care system, you are wrong; it is a sickness management system. The future for humanity does not look good. The only way through this is personal empowerment so you can act on your own behalf and not rely on government dictates to do it for you; the data shows that this approach is not very effective. Nowadays much information is in the public domain where you can easily access it; now is the time to start doing so. The book contains many references to web sites that corroborate the information; many of these references are directly or indirectly from government sources such as the National Library of Medicine or the Cochrane data base which is considered the gold standard of independent medical research. Be inspired, change your mind, change your life.
