RECIPIENT OF PRESTIGIOUS FELLOWSHIPS: Arinze Ifeakandu was an early recipient of A Public Space's Fellowship Program for Writers, a program with a long history of discovering extraordinary talent, including Jai Chakrabarti, LaToya Watkins, and Gothataone Moeng, all of whom have books forthcoming. ALREADY RECOGNIZED WITH AWARDS: Work included in God's Children Are Little Broken Things has already been recognized with the Richard Yates Short Story Prize from the Iowa Writers' Workshop and was a finalist for The Caine Prize.
