What is justice, and how can it be defined? Justice has been defined in various ways throughout the development of political, social, economic, philosophical, and religious literature over the centuries. Justice has been defined as a process as well as an outcome. In how many movies have we seen a character who was told that the evil character had suffered some type of setback and the character said, "This is the first time I have believed there is a God!" Justice includes the proposition that God is involved in the affairs of mankind. Justice, as the Scriptures tell us, occurs through the interaction of her three daughters - law, mercy, and grace. The approach taken in this book is that the Bible is true and can be used as an exclusive authoritative source for determining the definition, purpose, and operation of justice and law.
