Lesotho 1945. Minor king Mosito is educated at Lovedale College, but then is caught in a struggle between new ways and additions. His traditional counsellors manipulate Mosito's wife to counsel him to commit ritual murder in order to get strong muti to preserve his status as a minor king. Mosito's contemporaries who also went to Lovedale advise against this. Who will he listen to? What will the judge find in the ensuing court case drama?
