Although the thought of college may seem like a distant goal for 8th graders, the preparation process begins now. Throughout this workbook, 8th graders will be introduced to secondary and college preparatory concepts, and encouraged to really think about what they would like to happen during and after high school. Then they will be asked to make it happen, beginning with small but meaningful actions, as we identify important processes to start and common pitfalls to avoid.
