Solana Rivera has grown up. Through immense trials and tribulations, she has matured and metamorphosized from the clueless and terrified young girl abandoned by her family and imprisoned in St. Nicholas's Facility for Juvenile Unnaturals for the crime of simply existing, into an avenging half-angel (a Nephilim), capable of more than she could have ever dreamed. She is more than capable of taking care of herself and handling the grotesque creatures that are steadily crawling their way up to Earth from Hell- Hellscum, as they are known by Solana's fellow post-apocalyptic survivors. However, in the dark days to come, Solana is going to need the help of everyone she can call on- family, friends, acquaintances, anyone and everyone she's ever known or met- if she is to defeat Lucifer, destroy his Beasts, and overthrow the government he has established to rule Earth and oppress its peoples. When all hope seems lost, Solana must learn to rely on her Faith and trust God's Plan, even as the world burns around her.
June 13th, 1977, Rural Eastern Oklahoma. Three young girls are brutally murdered on the first night of what should have been a fun-filled week of learning and camaraderie at Camp Scott, a Girl Scouts of America property. Three lives taken in the night, without a sound, and only a short distance away from where the counselors slept."The Camp Scott Murders" unveils the facts around one of the most bizarre and tragic crimes in the history of Oklahoma. This facts-at-a-glance guide to this old-case is a resource of information, covering the events that have unfolded across the course of 37 years. Hear from the people who were there, both before and after the night those hideous crimes were committed, and read a full chapter dedicated to the 1978 preliminary trial containing the evidence that was reviewed.
In the year 2063, humans have discovered the existence of 'Unnaturals'. All the creatures of folklore and myth are real: vampires, witches, demons, and all the other monsters of your nightmares. They have been living amongst us, since the dawn of mankind... They're your friends, your neighbors, your family members... They're out there, and they're stronger than us, faster than us, and many of them prey on us to survive... And humans are terrified. Measures have been taken for the protection of the human race, however. Laws have been passed, and policies have been put in place. Procedures have been enacted to uncover these predators, and all Unnaturals are to be detained to facilities, specially equipped to handle them...Solana Rivera is your average high school band geek. Her greatest passions are her oboe, getting into her beloved Tulane University after graduation, and the two guys she has crushes on. She's studious, she's dedicated, and she's one-hundred-percent normal... a.k.a. boring... After one particularly sucky Friday, though, Solana decides to change that. Taking a schoolmate up on a spontaneous invitation, Solana joins a group of kids- including both her crushes- for a bit of pre-game partying in the woods behind the football field. When the party gets busted, Solana and her classmates are taken into custody and, per new law enforcement protocol, field-tested for Unnaturalness... Solana thinks little of the simple finger-prick test... that is, until comes back positive! Now, her whole world is turned upside down, as she's thrown into the St. Nicholas Containment Facility for Juvenile Unnaturals. If she is to survive, she must make a new life for herself, as her old one is lost forever. She finds new friends, builds a new family, and discovers a new purpose in life: to save all these innocent kids from these Supernatural Internment Camps.
