Das vorliegende Buch ist ein Beitrag zur Analyse der räumlichen Dynamiken in den kleinen Städten im Landesinneren, die auch als Sekundärstädte bezeichnet werden. Der methodische Ansatz beruht auf einem klassischen Vorgehen durch Literaturrecherche, quantitative und qualitative Erhebungen, diachrone Analyse der räumlichen Entwicklung anhand der Überwachung durch Fernerkundung und der Verarbeitung von Satellitenbildern.Diese Studie hat das räumliche Wachstum und die schnelle Entwicklung der Bebauung auf Kosten der landwirtschaftlichen Flächen hervorgehoben, was zu einer progressiven Neugestaltung des Gemeindegebiets und seiner Peripherie führt. Die lokalen Behörden müssen daher Entscheidungen treffen, die auf eine bessere Planung des städtischen Raums abzielen.

This book is a contribution to the analysis of current spatial dynamics in small towns in the interior of the country, also known as secondary towns, whose processes of evolution, recomposition and governance differ from those of former regional towns, which were essentially administrative. The methodological approach is based on a classic approach involving a literature review, quantitative and qualitative surveys, diachronic analysis of spatial evolution based on remote sensing monitoring and satellite image processing.This study highlighted the spatial growth and rapid evolution of built-up areas to the detriment of agricultural land, leading to a gradual recomposition of the communal territory and its outskirts. Local authorities are therefore faced with the need to take decisions aimed at improving urban planning.

Este trabalho de investigação, estruturado em três partes, visava avaliar o actual modelo (sectorial) de gestão de resíduos na Touba Mosquée, em detrimento de uma abordagem holística. A ausência de um quadro institucional, de textos legislativos e de formas organizacionais para reger a gestão de resíduos e os actores envolvidos na mesma, é antes de mais uma observação, que traduzimos num pretexto para nos envolvermos neste trabalho de investigação. Neste trabalho, escolhemos uma metodologia híbrida, combinando as etapas clássicas de uma investigação, e novas tecnologias. Para uma melhor compreensão de certos conceitos, pensamos poder invocar o lado sócio-antropológico do comportamento humano na gestão dos resíduos. Daí este olhar interdisciplinar sobre sociologia, medicina, filosofia, etc.

Questo lavoro di ricerca, strutturato in tre parti, mirava a valutare l'attuale modello di governance (settoriale) dei rifiuti a Touba Mosquée, a scapito di un approccio olistico. L'assenza di un quadro istituzionale, di testi legislativi e di forme organizzative per governare la gestione dei rifiuti e gli attori coinvolti è innanzitutto una constatazione, che abbiamo tradotto in un pretesto per intraprendere questo lavoro di ricerca. In questo lavoro, abbiamo scelto una metodologia ibrida, che combina le fasi classiche di una ricerca e le nuove tecnologie. Per una migliore comprensione di alcuni concetti, pensiamo di poter richiamare l'aspetto socio-antropologico del comportamento umano nella gestione dei rifiuti. Da qui questo sguardo interdisciplinare alla sociologia, alla medicina, alla filosofia, ecc.

The purpose of this research, structured in three parts, was to assess the current (sectoral) waste governance model in Touba Mosquée, to the detriment of a holistic approach. The absence of an institutional framework, legislative texts, and organizational form, framing waste management and the actors involved, is first of all an observation, which we translated into a pretext to engage in this research work. In this work, we have chosen a hybrid methodology, combining the classical steps of a research, and new technologies. For a better understanding of certain concepts, we think to summon the socio-anthropological side of human behavior on waste governance. Diese in drei Teile gegliederte Forschungsarbeit hatte zum Ziel, das derzeitige (sektorale) Modell der Abfallbewirtschaftung in Touba Mosquée auf Kosten eines ganzheitlichen Ansatzes zu bewerten. Das Fehlen eines institutionellen Rahmens, von Gesetzestexten und Organisationsformen für die Abfallwirtschaft und die darin tätigen Akteure ist zunächst eine Feststellung, die wir als Vorwand für die Durchführung dieser Forschungsarbeit nutzten. In dieser Arbeit haben wir uns für eine hybride Methodik entschieden, die die klassischen Forschungsschritte mit neuen Technologien verbindet. Für ein besseres Verständnis bestimmter Konzepte beabsichtigen wir, die sozialanthropologische Seite des menschlichen Verhaltens in Bezug auf die Abfallentsorgung heranzuziehen.
