It is crazy what we overlook. Crazy that we live our lives cocooned in our own little world whilst all around us there are many things we need to stand up to. There are passages and poems that might be a little hard to think about in this book... I hope so is that crazy? It is crazy that we cover our eyes to the things that can make a difference, it is crazy that I expend effort to write all these things on the whim that someone might just read it and see things differently. Well there is a strong possibility that I am crazy, then maybe we all are. That my friend is crazy!

Being odd isn't such a bad thing... we all are in our own way. So many things in life are odd and if we only look a little closer then perhaps we can accept "oddness" rather than shun it. As you walk down the street wonder to yourself as you look at the things that surround you and think... that's odd... is it really and if it is either realise that underneath we are just as odd to others (and in that I include everything human or otherwise) so we have a responsibility to either accept it or try to change it... the choice is yours but please before deciding think carefully, quite an odd thing to ask really but then not being odd is in itself rather odd.

Something Completely Weird. It depends on your perspective! Weird because it is not just the run of the mill poetry book (though it has a lot of poems), weird because it might make you see something that you didn't see before, sad poems, thought provoking poems, funny poems... that's weird, a little hopefully inspiring wordage... not so weird and yet still weird... As for the author leave that one up to you.

A book of poems, rhymes and ramblings with a short story thrown in (as usual). Once again this book looks at how nuts things are, depending of course on your perception. Moving, funny, sad - a cornucopia of emotion. Maybe it is nuts, but maybe a lot less nuts than you think!

A small book of poems, rhyme and riddles, proverbs and even a short story. It will make you laugh and maybe even cry, it will make you think and you will find yourself quoting the proverbs. Interesting, compelling. dark, light sad and joyous... Something Completely Different!

Our world is being revolutionized by data-driven methods: access to large amounts of data has generated new insights and opened exciting new opportunities in commerce, science, and computing applications. Processing the enormous quantities of data necessary for these advances requires large clusters, making distributed computing paradigms more crucial than ever. MapReduce is a programming model for expressing distributed computations on massive datasets and an execution framework for large-scale data processing on clusters of commodity servers. The programming model provides an easy-to-understand abstraction for designing scalable algorithms, while the execution framework transparently handles many system-level details, ranging from scheduling to synchronization to fault tolerance. This book focuses on MapReduce algorithm design, with an emphasis on text processing algorithms common in natural language processing, information retrieval, and machine learning. We introduce the notion of MapReduce design patterns, which represent general reusable solutions to commonly occurring problems across a variety of problem domains. This book not only intends to help the reader "e;think in MapReduce"e;, but also discusses limitations of the programming model as well. Table of Contents: Introduction / MapReduce Basics / MapReduce Algorithm Design / Inverted Indexing for Text Retrieval / Graph Algorithms / EM Algorithms for Text Processing / Closing Remarks

Instead of using the normal channels, the author has taken comments from the manuscript readers who are normal members of the public. As he says they are the people that are important and will be the ones to buy the book. The characters were brilliant, the story line was thrilling and the plot twists through the book, kept it by my side so that any moment of free time I could start reading. I could not bear to put it down. I absolutely loved it! Renee Bolz.Probably the most intriguing piece of work in the modern world of literature... I'm a fan! AbrahamWhat can I say? I'm hooked, cleverly imaginative, full of suspense, loved the characters, looking forward to seeing the manuscript for the sequel. Alfonse.Loved the book now waiting for the movie (and the sequel)! Sam.Can one boy hold the fate of the world in his hands? Can a "chance" meeting change his life? Marvin is just a boy trying to survive in a devastated world. But Marvin is no ordinary 16 year old as he is soon to discover
