With this book they will be able to perform all the daily tasks required in terms of documentary communication and in the elaboration of material that serves as a communication and information resource for the internal and external public of the institution.For this reason, it is an easy-to-use manual or practical guide to solve basic oral or written communication problems. It should be emphasized that this guide or manual was created with the purpose of being a support for those things that young graduates in many cases are unaware of in real field work.In years of university teaching, I have noticed that many interns learn more about communication work in the field and often make mistakes that frustrate them. With this guide or manual they will be able to check if their work actions are correct, for a good performance in their first work center.

Ce livre est un guide pratique pour les jeunes communicateurs récemment diplômés de l'université. Il s'agit d'un matériel de base pour commencer leur vie professionnelle en effectuant des tâches administratives de communication dans n'importe quel bureau du secteur public ou privé. Grâce à ce livre, ils seront en mesure d'effectuer toutes les tâches quotidiennes requises en matière de communication documentaire et d'élaboration de matériel servant de support de communication et d'information pour le public interne et externe de l'institution.Il s'agit donc d'un manuel ou d'un guide pratique facile à utiliser pour résoudre les problèmes de base de la communication orale ou écrite. Il convient de souligner que ce guide ou manuel a été créé dans le but de fournir un soutien pour les choses que les jeunes diplômés ignorent souvent dans le cadre de leur travail sur le terrain.Au cours de mes années d'enseignement universitaire, j'ai remarqué que de nombreux stagiaires en apprennent davantage sur le travail de communication sur le terrain et qu'ils commettent souvent des erreurs qui les frustrent. Grâce à ce guide ou manuel, ils pourront vérifier si leurs actions sont correctes, ce qui leur permettra d'obtenir de bons résultats dans leur premier centre de travail.

First of all, it should be pointed out that this research work has been carried out due to the author's interest in knowing the influence of the Peruvian heads of state's communication during the years in reference. It was mainly taken from the end of Alberto Fujimori's government, the transition government of Dr. Valentín Paniagua and the beginning of Dr. Alejandro Toledo's government.The main objective of the work was to analyze how the communication of the heads of state has influenced the governability of Peru during the presidential periods of 1999-2002.According to the characteristics of the research work, we can specify that the research is of a descriptive-explanatory type with a non-experimental design. To this end, a questionnaire has been applied to congressmen and specialists in communication and governance issues.This questionnaire has been elaborated according to the described dimensions and was validated by specialists in the subject of study.
