This book is called, "Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Wants to Stop Cows from Farting." That title is not a joke. Ocasio-Cortez really does want to stop cows from farting. She said so on her official Congressional website, as well as in a document which she gave to NPR.This book is not a joke book. Instead, it presents a serious discussion of Ocasio-Cortez's policy proposals. In July 2018, DNC Chairman Tom Perez said that Ocasio-Cortez "represents the future of our party."This book shows you that future by quoting Ocasio-Cortez in her own words. The book's author also presents his own opinions about Ocasio-Cortez's policy proposals. Here are the chapter titles to give you an idea of what's in the book: Chapter 1: U.S. PopulationChapter 2: Unemployment rateChapter 3: Upper middle classChapter 4: Cow farts and airplanesChapter 5: Unwilling to workChapter 6: Private ownership and profitsChapter 7: BillionairesChapter 8: Military budgetChapter 9: False accusation of catcallingChapter 10: False accusation of mansplainingChapter 11: Funeral expensesChapter 12: Linda SarsourChapter 13: Nuclear powerChapter 14: Banning reportersChapter 15: JudiciaryChapter 16: House Ehtics rulesChapter 17: The end of the worldChapter 18: Raising taxes on the richChapter 19: UberChapter 20: Republicans and typosChapter 21: Green New Deal = 10,000 SolyndrasChapter 22: The reality of government controlled housingChapter 23: AmazonChapter 24: GreenpeaceChapter 25: Unicorns and fairy dustChapter 26: Plastic bagsChapter 27: Property taxesChapter 28: Corporate taxesChapter 29: Trains

  • - How three-quarters of adults in Venezuela lost an average of 43 pounds in two years

By the time Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez died in 2013, he had nationalized more than 10 million acres of farmland. Some of the farmland that had been productive while under private ownership became idle under government ownership, and some of the farm equipment sat gathering dust. As a result, food production fell substantially. The country's new president, Nicolas Maduro, continued Chavez's policies.Note: The print version of this book is a companion to the Amazon Kindle version. • - 1,375 examples of Barack Obama's lies, lawbreaking, corruption, cronyism, hypocrisy, waste, etc.
    af Daniel Alman

Every President, every politician, and every human being tells lies and engages in acts of hypocrisy. But Barack Obama does these things to a far greater degree than anyone else that I have ever known of. His campaign promises were so much better sounding than anyone else's - no lobbyists in his administration, waiting five days before signing all non-emergency bills so people would have time to read them, putting health care negotiations on C-SPAN, reading every bill line by line to make sure money isn't being wasted, prosecution of Wall St. criminals, ending raids against medical marijuana in states where it's legal, high levels of transparency. Obama's promises of these wonderful things sounded inspiring and sincere. They sounded so much better than the promises of any other President. So when Obama broke these promises, it felt so much worse than when other Presidents broke their promises. Some of the things on this list are major events that should scare the daylights out of any true liberal who cares about civil liberties.Other things on this list are medium things that some Obama supporters may dislike, but would be willing to overlook in light of the things that Obama has done which they like. And some of the things on this list may seem trivial, but I still think they are an interesting reflection of the kinds of policies that Obama supports.Note: The print version of this book is a companion to the Amazon Kindle version. Only the Kindle version includes citations to references and sources. The print version does not include these citations. All of the citations in the Kindle version are internet links to online sources. Since the number of these links is so large, it would not be practical to include them in the print version.

In 2019, many children began expressing concern about what will happen to our planet over the next 12 years. This book teachers them the scientific facts that they need to know about this subject.Although this book does not contain any graphic content, it does contain subject matter that may seem scary or confusing to younger children, such as environmental catastrophe and the end of the world, as well as the misogynistic treatment and abuse that some women and girls in parts of the world are subjected to. Therefore, it is advised that parents read and discuss the content of this book along with their children.
