What has Jones done to bring these heroines full circle? To answer that question would be a spoiler. Better to say that some of the story line in this book which concludes the series made me very angry. Involving the reader so strongly in the characters' lives is surely the sign of a powerful author. All I will say is that the ending is satisfying in every way."Buy EMBROILED now and travel with Emily to experience a world "up there somewhere."

Flo: I was an inmate in this hellhole they charmingly called a nursing home. Then Brit climbed in my window. She was just a kid. How could she possibly help me? Brit: I should have been in college, not working in this dump. But then I never would have met Flo. She had Alzheimer's. They said she never talked, but she talked to me. My face is on every television, in every newspaper. They say I'm saving the world. I know better. I'm a school principal not a superhero. Of course that doesn't explain the blood on my hands. Or the strange languages coming out of my mouth. Or the feel of swinging a machete. Or the sensation of lifting off the ground before I lose all memory. Someone or something has hijacked my life. How do I get it back? Alien contact leads to adventure and love as the characters/aliens involve themselves in world affairs in this science fiction novel series. But are humans given second chances after our superhero fights war or will the gods decide our fate?
Curtis says the clickings in the fillings of my teeth are messages from aliens. He's 14. What does he know? The writing paper by my bed is another thing. I didn't put it there. Curtis says I have to write letters to the editor. Okay, I'll humor the kid. Can't do any harm. Oh My God! Everything I've asked for is coming true. I'm so scared, I can't breathe. Now what do I do?

This book is a group of lessons that I previously taught to my Sunday school class. While teaching, I am also able to hear the Spirit of the Lord and learn from my own teachings. I also realize that the more I learn, the more it becomes evident that this Word is much bigger than the four walls in which I teach. It needs to reach the masses in any way possible. I am simply doing my part to make sure that happens. I believe the Spirit of the Lord has spoken to my heart to put what I am teaching into a book form for you. I would like for those who would not normally have the time to attend a weekly class or small group session to have something to study on their own in a hope that this tidbit of the Word will eventually lead to a greater desire for the fullness of God's Word. So many times we confess that we don't know what the plan of God is for our lives. I would suggest first that we become more familiar with God's Word and allow ourselves to be usable for Kingdom of God. Allow God to move or change your personal will so that His perfect will can be revealed. Whether it's through preaching, teaching, praise and worship, ushering at the door or cleaning the floor, the will of God for your life is to whole-heartedly surrender to Him to be used in whatever capacity He wills. It's my prayer that this study guide will be of some assistance to you in your process to get to where God wants you to be.
