    L'applicazione versatile dei composti eterociclici azotati e/o ossigenati ha reso quest'area di ricerca estesa dei chimici sintetici. I composti eterociclici azotati come le triazine, i benzimidazoli, i pirazoli, gli isossazoli e le piridine hanno ricevuto una notevole attenzione negli ultimi anni grazie alle loro ampie attività fisiologiche. Questi derivati sono molto utili in vari campi, ad esempio nei farmaci, nei coloranti, nei polimeri, nei tessuti, nell'agricoltura, ecc. I derivati triazinici sono stati utilizzati come erbicidi antimicrobici, antisettici urinari e agenti antinfiammatori. I derivati benzimidazolici possiedono un'ampia gamma di attività biologiche, come quelle antibatteriche, antimicotiche, antivirali e antielmintiche. Alla luce dell'indagine, si osserva che non c'è stato un solo tentativo di sintetizzare derivati s-triazinici incorporati con diidrofridina e cumarinile. Anche i benzimidazoli sono stati oggetto di minore attenzione, incorporati con società diidropiridiniche, pirazoliniche e isossazoliniche sostituite con N, per cui si è cercato di sintetizzare questi composti, la cui relazione struttura-attività è stata discussa in questo libro.

Les composés hétérocycliques azotés tels que les triazines, les benzimidazoles, les pyrazoles, les isoxazoles et les pyridines ont fait l'objet d'une attention considérable ces dernières années en raison de leurs nombreuses activités physiologiques. Ces dérivés sont très utiles dans divers domaines tels que les médicaments, les colorants, les polymères, les textiles, l'agriculture, etc. Les dérivés de la triazine ont été utilisés comme herbicides antimicrobiens, antiseptiques urinaires et agents anti-inflammatoires. Les dérivés du benzimidazole possèdent un large éventail d'activités biologiques telles que les activités antibactériennes, antifongiques, antivirales et antihelminthiques. À la lumière de l'enquête, on observe qu'il n'y a pas eu une seule tentative de synthèse de dérivés de la s-triazine incorporant des motifs de dihydrophyridine et de coumarinyle. Les benzimidazoles ont également fait l'objet de moins d'attention en incorporant des motifs de dihydropyridine, de pyrazoline et d'isoxazoline substitués en N, c'est pourquoi on a essayé de synthétiser ces composés.

Stickstoffheterozyklische Verbindungen wie Triazine, Benzimidazole, Pyrazole, Isoxazole und Pyridine haben in den letzten Jahren aufgrund ihrer vielfältigen physiologischen Aktivitäten große Aufmerksamkeit erregt. Diese Derivate sind in verschiedenen Bereichen sehr nützlich, z. B. bei der Herstellung von Arzneimitteln, Farbstoffen, Polymeren, Textilien, landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen usw. Triazin-Derivate wurden als antimikrobielle Herbizide, Antiseptika für den Urin und entzündungshemmende Mittel eingesetzt. Benzimidazol-Derivaten wird ein breites Spektrum an biologischen Aktivitäten zugeschrieben, wie z. B. antibakterielle, antimykotische, antivirale und antihelminthische Wirkungen. Aus der Übersicht geht hervor, dass kein einziger Versuch unternommen wurde, s-Triazin-Derivate mit Dihydrophyridin- und Cumarinyl-Anteilen zu synthetisieren. Benzimidazole, die mit N-substituierten Dihydropyridin-, Pyrazolin- und Isoxazolin-Resten verbunden sind, wurden ebenfalls weniger beachtet, weshalb der Versuch unternommen wurde, diese Verbindungen zu synthetisieren.
