El desarrollo de materiales en formato digital resulta en la actualidad una herramienta muy efectiva para lograr una mayor efectividad del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. En la presente investigación se diseñó un sistema de ejercicios interactivos para favorecer la motivación y el aprendizaje de los contenidos de la asignatura Violencia y Maltrato Infantil. Para su diseño se utilizó el software Ardora y se adaptaron las actividades a los requerimientos didácticos de la Educación Superior. La aplicación de dichos ejercicios, en conjunción con la utilización de materiales audiovisuales en formato de video, posibilitó un incremento ostensible de los niveles motivacionales y de aprendizaje de los contenidos de la materia.
A theoretical analysis was made on Human Resources Management and, in particular, on the Performance Evaluation subsystem. The quality of the evaluation process of the teaching staff at the Amancio Municipal University Center was diagnosed. Based on this evaluation, a set of recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of performance evaluation in the institution under study are proposed.
A methodological-instructive class was carried out describing the methodological procedures for the treatment of the curricular strategy Education for Health and Sexuality from a Gender approach. The methodological proposal was made on the basis of the identification of a series of insufficiencies that the teaching staff of the Amancio Municipal University Center has on the ways and means that can be used for the transversalization of this curricular strategy and, in addition, it emphasizes the possibilities offered by the contents of the subjects for the achievement of an adequate implementation.
A critique was made of the program of the General Pedagogical Training discipline corresponding to the curriculum of the Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education. The research process was based on the qualitative methodology and the technique of documentary review of the manuscripts that govern the teaching-learning process of this discipline was used. The results of the research showed the relevance of the program as it comprises a set of knowledge, skills and modes of action of inestimable value for the performance of the new generations of Early Childhood Education professionals.
