When God liberated Israel from Egyptian slavery, He gave them 10 commandments by which to live at Mt. Sinai. He also gave the people 7 Holy Feasts to observe each year to commemorate and remember how He rescued them from servitude and persecution. These were called the 7 Feasts of Israel. Four were in the Spring and three were in the Fall.In the Old Testament, prophets wrote of a Jewish Messiah who would someday be sent from God to atone for their sins permanently. Unknown to Israel and the Jews was that this redeemer was none other than Jesus Christ. The 7 Feasts were given for two reasons: The first was to commemorate the deliverance of Israel from Egyptian bondage and slavery. The second was to prophesy of 7 events which will herald the first and second coming of Jesus Christ. The prophetic aspects of the first four Feasts were completely fulfilled at the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The last three will be fulfilled as the 70th week of Daniel and the current Church Age come to a close. Each feast was called a Moed, which is Hebrew for set time or an appointed time. The 7 Feasts collectively provide a blueprint for the 1st and 2nd comings of Jesus Christ. Both the Historical and Prophetic aspects of each feast will be presented, along with the Jewish and Christian meanings of each feast.

The church today has been divided into many different denominations and many different fundamental beliefs. After Jesus Christ ratified the New Covenant in the Spring of 30 AD., the current Church age and the Age of Grace began to build up and unify the Body of Christ under a New Covenant. After Steven was stoned and the Gospel was first preached to the Jews, Christ anointed Saul of Tarsus to carry the gospel message to the Gentiles. The church was formed over the next few years and Paul wrote 13 separate Epistles to explain salvation and forgiveness of sins under the new Covenant. Shortly after the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Jerusalem Church was founded as the first Christian church with about 120 Jews and Jewish Proselytes (Acts 1:15). Since that time, followers of Jesus Christ span the globe but the body of Christ has been separated into 200 Christian denominations in the United States. and a staggering 45,000 globally (Center for the Study of Global Christianity): Catholic, Pentecostal, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Baptist, Apostolic, Methodist.... the list goes on and on. Why has this happened since the Jerusalem church was founded in the 1st century AD? A cursory look shows that differences in beliefs, theology and corruption all had a part to play. How sad that the single atoning work of our Lord Jesus Christ has splintered into so many parts. Jesus Christ never taught that there would be different denominal forces fighting over variations of common, basic truth. This book has not been written to free any Christian from denominational chains. This study will search the scriptures for Biblical Truth and does not involve opinions or man-made rules.

The Wrath of God is not a topic which is usually discussed today in denominational or nondenominational churches. Part of this hesitancy to study and understand the Wrath of God is a reluctance to admit that this is an important part of what constitutes the character of God. Most Biblical scholars, teachers and preachers place God's Wrath and Righteous Judgment in the same secular package as sex, homosexuality and abortion. They are topics we address with care even though each is widely referenced in scripture. The goal of this book is to present a biblical teaching on God's Wrath in ways that make sense to a professing Christian, even as the concept of God's Wrath challenges secular sensibility. The second consideration is the overwhelming opinion of Christians today that God is a forgiving and loving deity who would execute wrath upon sinners. A message consistently taught today is that God is love, and a loving God could never condemn anyone to an eternity of wrath and persecution. Both positions are untenable if the Word of God is carefully studied. There are over 600 references to Wrath in the Holy Scriptures. It is certainly not something that can be overlooked or ignored. This book will carefully and completely discuss the complex nature and meaning of God's Wrath. We can learn and understand much about God by examining Wrath as it is manifested in both the Old and New Testaments.
