Aim of the CPEC is not to empower Pakistan and its people.In view of many Pakistanis, this new relationship is not an economic partnership with China. It is a new form of colonialism, but if the Pakistani ruling elite, and people of Pakistan are happy with this new relationship then no one from outside can help them.

Pakistani sponsored jihad in Jammu and Kashmir started in 1947; and despite death of tens of thousands of innocent people it has not ended yet.
