This monograph-based on detailed analysis of primary sources and drawing on literature dedicated to Hurrian history and social life-helps us reconstruct the last period of Hurrian Arrapḫa's socioeconomic history. As an ally of Mitanni, Arrapḫa was its foothold in the East, similar to the kingdom of Allalaḫ in the West. Therefore, the conquest of Arrapḫa by the Assyrians, as well as by the Babylonians, was a way of retaliating Mitanni hegemony.The book is written in Georgian with English Resumee.
