This notebook is short in pages, but long on its proposal for emotional support and recovery for those whose lives are affected by family violence. It is a journal full of exercises that can be developed in a group setting or as a self-help guide for someone who wants to work it individually. It includes instructions on how to hold the meetings, as well as tools for leaders/facilitators of group processes. Finally, it offers a suggestion for healing trauma: EMDR therapy for those who need professional help.
